This is a horrible company! I hired them to replace wire and pump after another company determined there was a 100% ground fault. When they came to do the work I instructed the driver to stay off the grass in our yard. He drove his rig up and assessed the site and told me that there were tree limbs in the way and that he could not do the work until they were removed. Funny, no one previously had trouble assessing the area, yet he did and said they had a tree service that could come out to remove them (at additional cost). I said no, I wasn't paying them more money, and had my son take care of removing the limbs. They drained ***** gallons of water from our concrete tank (which I later learned was not necessary) and pulled the wire and pump. They then said they were leaving and would be be back the next day. However, they came back a few hours later. This time they drove the rig all over the water line and electrical line that was buried and another guy drove a truck with a trailer with the spool of new wire all over the grass and left huge divots in the yard. My adult son saw them doing it and went outside to tell the young man to stop and the young man gave him attitude. My husband noticed what was going on and went outside to reiterate what I had previously told them about staying off the grass and what my son had just told him. He told them in no uncertain terms that this was our property and it was not ok for them to be driving their equipment where it was not necessary and seriously messing up our yard (which was muddy and easily damage because they unnecessarily emptied ***** gallons of water on it). We were under the impression that they were going back to work, but a little later I received a call from the owner of the company telling me that they were going to leave the job unfinished due to the "confrontation" with my husband and send us a **** for the labor. We tried to explain what happened but he did not want to listen to the truth. They left us on a Friday afternoon with NO WATER!! Totally unprofessional and UNBELIEVABLE!! My husband had previously considered using them for septic work, but decided not too because the worker talked down to my him and wanted to do a lot of unnecessary extra work. I never should have hired them to do the well work. The next day we were fortunate enough to find another company who came in with a much less expensive quote and was able to do the work immediately and were outstanding! They were appalled, as we were, that ******* left us with no water because their workers were thin skinned and couldn't handle us telling them (3 times!) to stay off our grass and water line and be careful with our property. Do not do business with this company!! If I could give them 0 stars I would.
