            Hi,I had eco water filteration installed in my house through ******* Recently we had sewer water backing up in the house and the licensed plumber who came to inspect the issue noticed that the water filteration pipe is in the sewer drain which is illegal as it has to be atleast an inch above the sewer drain per the code . In the current situation where sewer water is backing up it could enter the water filteration pipe located in the sewer and cause serious health problems to my family and the community.an Rpz is also not installed. I want the water filteration pipe to be installed per the code and the Rpz also needs to be installed. Attached are the pictures of the water filteration pipe inside the sewer drain and the report from the plumber

            Used to be very happy with them but changed my mind because of customer service. After paying them about $10K for a new home installation, I added a new fridge and asked for a service call for them to extend a R/O line for me to the new fridge (about 10 feet). The PM said they couldn't do it but offered no explanation whatsoever. And it was relayed to me by the "service manager". This would not have happened 2 years ago but new ownership has certainly changed things for the worse.
