              Around a year ago, our water had a bad odor to ***. we called Culligan & explain our problem. They had a person come out to our house. They tested it and explain to me exactly what I needed. I paid them over $10,000. to put in a system. I have called them almost weekly because, it never did anything about the smell, taste or anything. All of a sudden, since they got their money, they don't want to be bothered. They cant fix *** ****** send someone once in a while that does NOTHING, I've asked to speak to a manager, that will never call me back. I have never got to discuss my problem with anyone except the front desk who answers the phone. She just tries to argue and fight with her customers. I want my money back so I can go to someone that will fix my problem.

              I have been having issues with getting anyone to return emails or calls since Jan '23. My husband went to check our softener as he didn't think it was working any longer. The tank is 100% empty! There are only 2 people in this house so it would've taken months and months for it to empty completely. I emailed again advising them to come and get their equipment and I'd like a refund for the past 4 months rental fees returned. I got a call after my email telling them to pick up your equipment asking for me to call them to set up a service call! HORRIBLE.
