    The company sold me a water softener unit in 2016 with annual free maintenance. They are now saying they changed their warranty, and you must pay an annual fee of $50 for a visit. If you decline the visit, then they will cancel your warranty. I've asked for a copy of the warranty document I signed; they do not have it. They claim it was left with owner in the initial paperwork. I've got all the paperwork from 2016 and there is no warranty that was signed. I've asked for a copy of the new warranty and received it, via email. There is a disclaimer that I interpret as "we know what we told you before, but we are not honoring that anymore". I now have an invoice of $54.13 that I do not believe I should pay because I never signed a new warranty agreeing to their changes. I've reached out to the company, as you can see in my email documentation, and have not received a reply. However, the invoice is still pending. My concern is if I pay this invoice, will I be subjected to their new warranty? And if I do not, will this company turn it over to a collections agency? I've attached the text messages, and emails, between myself and AWS along with a copy of their new warranty.This company has the worst business practices.

    I think they crooks we signed up for the system, was told all we had to pay for was the salt , $90 a month finance payments. First call was because water dirty in the tank, and drinking water was not clear after about 2 weeks in,kept seeing check salt, they came out they said that was fine, too much pressure. give couple of weeks. Check it again couple of weeks this time see a ring around the bottom and the water has overflowed out tank into shed. they come out, they say it was because of air, give couple of weeks and for water to go down ,but the ring around the tank is not mold even though it looks like it and we've only had it not even a month yet. Couple of weeks water still full to the rim the water is not softening,seeing spots on the sinks and on the dishes, they return this time, it's due to loose screw(?). Their famous words give it a couple of weeks. One and a half now called again they come and they suction out some of the standing water in the tank and do some ******** and fooling around with it this time there's dirt and rocks in the injector or the pipes whatever there was so they get that out and they make sure it's flowing correctly they say and give it a couple of weeks they'll come back so now we're waiting for them to come back and see what the next excuse will be.asked about cleaning the tank, bc now ring around the top of the tank as well, due to standing water which is not our fault, that'll cost $100. Stated we signed a limited product warranty which we never got a copy of until now, if we would have got that during the 3-day cancellation period ??. So now requested for a copy of the manual so at least we could see some troubleshooting information have yet to get a reply on that. Our next step to call the financial institute to put a stop on payments until we get what we paid for, I advise anyone else to do the same. We'll also be doing a mold test for myself. took 2 days install, problem at start. Owner/president ******* promise anything!
