            Vets at this location did not administer proper care. There was more than likely misdiagnosis and lack of attention. Location is marked as an emergency hospital, this is false. We laid our girl to rest this morning due to their incompetence. *** said as long as she ate and drank and took meds she would be good as nothing was seriously wrong. Not the case. Im desiring an adjustment on my bill,Refund of X-Ray (******), Refund of X-Ray (******), and Refund of office visit (******). I would like a refund on these as I feel proper care and readings were not given. This is the second fur baby that passes after this locations care. I have posted a ****** review with more information and context.

            *** THEY KILLED OUR DOG*** Went in for a torn acl. They prescribed a medication called RIMADYL , they did not inform us of the side effects/possible things to lookout for. The medication killed our poor ***** dog within 4 days.Little did we know until it was too late that death is a possibility of this medication and there are more accounts of similar events of other pet owners and even lawsuits. This place is horrible and glorifies big Pharma.Also this place is most likely ran by techs. We dont even know if a qualified Dr. actually treated our dog as a Dr. never talked to my husband which leads me to believe vet techs are diagnosing and treating which is malpractice and against the law.An actual Dr. is suppose to call us to explain what could of happened but that hasnt happened We already known what happened thanks to research on RIMADYL.We are absolutely heart broken with what has happened.Our dog also returned with a bleeding mouth I noticed when he got home. Asked my husband and no staff members notified him of his bleeding mouth or what happened. That doesnt just happen on a pets own. And has never happened to my dog. Possible mishandling is occurring here when they are behind doors.Please take your babies somewhere else and dont rust these people either their lives. They are willingly taking and harming the lives of our pets.***If reading this with similarities issues REPORT THEM on the *******************************************.***(If you are the business responding how about you actually call us instead of wasting time on your image here)
