11/8/2022- purchased a refurbished ***** narco bevmax5800-4 vending machine from Vending Concepts. Paid extra to have the machine detailed, cleaned, and cosmetically intact. Total cost was $6,243.00, $6164 for machine and $79.00 for S&H w/ lift gate service. Financing of vending machine thru ***********. 1st pymt $299.00 - 11l10.On 12/2, Vending Concept was paid in full by *********** and delivery was scheduled.Initial delivery delayed by shipper, eventually received on 12/15. 2nd pymt $230.21 - 12/9.Machine arrived damaged, defective, not cleaned, missing parts. On 12/15 called vending concept regarding damaged machine and was going to reject delivery. *****, employed by Vending Concept requested we accept the machine as is and he stated they will do everything they can to make acceptance of the machine satisfactory. ***** requested photographs of dirty machine and missing cosmetic parts. These parts have never been sent to this date. Initial powering of the machine all lights came on, could hear a fan and a clicking sound.We reported to vending concepts that the machine was not cooling the beverages. Eventually ***** called, and performed a mechanical review with the assistance of my spouse, *********, which is not mechanically inclined when it comes to electronics, refrigeration, and/or how the mechanics of a vending machine works.Owner/user manual provided by ****************** is not for our ***** Norco BevMax 5800-4 we purchased. 3rd pymt $230.32 - 1/9 ***** stated, they do not have a vending repair technician in our area. Therefore, ***** will send us a replacement starter and have us perform the labor on the vending machine in order to try to make it operational. If starter replacement does not fix the failed refrigeration system, he will send replacement compressor for us to install. I am now told that I must pay for S&H of replacement parts.I did not pay to refurbished the machine myself, I requested and have been denied a full refund.
