            The business sold me a motor on **** for a ********** Beetle TDI. Once the motor was installed and first oil change completed the auto shop informed me there was metal shavings in the oil and the motor is not usable. The motor now must be replaced. The business refuses to return my calls or website inquiries. The business has ignored their warranty and has deleted the ad for the motor off ****.

            I reached out to All Import Auto Parts to purchase a rim for my wifes ******** and was happy they had one, they sent me multiple pictures of the rims to choose from, I chose the wheel in good shape confirmed my purchase, I waited a couple days and my order arrived, the rim they sent was night and day different than the one they sold me, I have pictures to confirm this, they bait and switch the part, then when I call them they tell me I have to eat the $60.00 shipping back to them after they tried to s**** me over with a different rim than was approved and purchased. I asked them to send me the one I confirmed to buy and they said they didnt have one in the condition I approved from photos,,Buyers beware!!!!!The pictures I included here are of the rim I was told I purchased, ( it had the tire in it)The other 2 pictures show what they sent me,Look at the center caps faded, and the curb rash damages on the rim they sent me,Night and day from what I purchased and what they sent to me.Now they want me to eat the shipping,,Dishonest!!!!

            We are very sorry for the level of service that this customer received.  Our **************************** did inform this customer that management would be alerted to the situation and before he talked to anyone he posted this review.  We are issuing a full refund to the customer as well as reimbursing him for the cost to ship the wheel back to us.
