These people are absolute crooks!!! I have never been scammed the way these people scammed me in my whole life. I would not recommend ANYONE to take their vehicles to Sergeant Clutch. I had taken my van for an oil leak in June last year and till this day it continues to leak. In total, I took it about five times which it equates to about five weeks. No loaner, no refund, no professional work is being done there. Most recently, I was denied service with a warranty. They state that I have gone the miles over the warranty, but correct me if I am wrong. Doesn't a warranty imply that something was fixed correctly, without the need to keep going back? This place and the people who work here are just trash!!

I would not recommend ANYONE to take their vehicles to Sergeant Clutch. My husband took our Ford F250 Diesel to Sergeant Clutch to fix a leak. With the understanding that he would look at the truck and fix WHATEVER was leaking. They kept my truck for a week before they finally called and told us that the transmission is what was leaking. It would cost us $3,975 to repair, so we told them to go ahead with the repairs. Michael said that it would take 3-4 days for fix the transmission, he would call us when it was ready. Fast forward 3 weeks and still our truck wasn't ready. My husband called just about every other day and even had to stop by the shop to get an update on the truck. Each time it was a different excuse, his mechanic was out sick, or they really swamped with lots of work. Finally after almost an entire month we got our truck back, and at first it was running fine. But then after a couple of days it started to stall out and then there was still a leak. We took the truck back to them after Labor Day because my husband was out of town. They had it for 24 hours and called saying nothing was wrong with the transmission but when we asked about the leak, Michael says "oh I'll have my guy look at it." Like the whole reason for us taking you the truck in the first place was to fix the leak. So after having my truck for 48 hours he has determined that it's a leak coming from the engine. When asked whether he could fix that all of a sudden he doesn't work on diesel engines. But you specialize in engine and transmission repairs, and when we took you the truck you specifically stated that you would fix the leak. Yet our truck is still leaking and I'm *** out $3,975 for the transmission which I don't even think was fixed because now the truck won't accelerate, it takes awhile for it to pick up speed. So do yourselves a favor and steer clear of this place. They will charge high *** prices for lousy work. I regret ever letting my husband take our truck to this place.

When ************** brought us his recently purchased 2006 **** F-250 6.0 Diesel with ******* miles it had several transmission problems including leaking transmission fluid. It was low 4 quarts of transmission fluid. The transmission had a delay in drive gear and was slipping on 2nd to 3rd gear. At the time we checked motor oil level and it showed full. On the under carriage of the truck it was oil soaked and looked like it had been leaking from here and there over the years. We rebuilt the transmission and did motor oil change. Truck was in the shop for a total of 22 days from start to pick up. Before the customer picked up the truck it was given a good road test and check over as ************** was going on a road trip in the truck. The transmission operated great and no signs of drivability problems at the time. ************** returned to the shop 19 days and 968 ***** later complaining of a leak and lack of power drivability problems. We diagnosed and tested the truck. The transmission was free of leaks and had no shifting problems. The truck did have 10 trouble codes including misfire, glow plugs, turbo charger and mass air flow sensor. We checked the level of motor oil and it was full. Once again the under carriage was oil soaked. But we could not identify source of leak. At this point we recommended ************** to a diesel mechanic shop to address the 10 engine trouble codes and find source of oil leak(s). I feel we have done no wrong in this case. We fixed the transmission problem and stand behind our warranty. At this time we do not repair diesel engines.

DO NOT TRUST SERGEANT C., I TOOK MY VEHICLE THERE TO BE REPAIRED FRIDAY, MARCH 25TH BECSUSE MY CAR KEEPS OVERHEATING. I'VE PUT IN A NEW WATER RESERVOIR, WATER PUMP, THERMOSTAT, NEW COOLING HOSES, I THOROUGHLY EXPLAINED TO THEM WHAT MY VEHICLE WAS DOING, WHAT I REPAIRED. MICHAEL SEEMED ANNOYED WHEN I WAS EXPLAINING TO HIM THE ISSUE. TOOK MY KEYS, NAME NUMBER, SAID CAR WOULD BE READY MONDAY MORNING. HE ALSO TOLD ME THAT MY CAR WOULD BE $603 TO REPAIR, HE SAYS I HAD A BAD RADIATOR FAN. I PAY THE $603 AND THEN MONDAY MORNING COMES, HE SENDS ME A PHOTO OF MY FUSE BOX, HE SAYS IT WAS RIGGED AND THAT IT WOULD COST ME ANOTHER $288 BECAUSE THE FUSE BOX WAS RIGGED IT WOULD KEEP BURNING OUT MY RADIATOR FAN. SO I'M UPSET BECAUSE I DIDN'T UNDERSTAND WHY, IF THEY ARE SUCH GREAT MECHANICS, WHY WASN'T THAT INITIALLY THE FIRST THING CHANGED OUT TO MY CAR. I'M NOT A MECHANIC BUT I DO KNOW YOU LOOK AT AND REPAIR THE SMALLER THINGS FIRST. I NEED MY VEHICLE THOUGH SO I GO AHEAD AND PAY THE $288. HE CALLS ME AROUND 430 MONDAY MARCH 31ST THAT MY CAR HAS BEEN REPAIRED. SO I'M HAPPY BECAUSE I'M LIKE YES NO MORE OVERHEATING ISSUES. I GO PICK UP MY CAR AND THE VERY NEXT DAY MY CAR CONTINUES TO DO THE SAME THING IT WAS DOING PRIOR TO TAKING IT TO SERGEANT C.. IM SO PISSED OFF. I CALL THEM TO EXPLAIN THEY DIDN'T FIX A THING AND THE WOMAN THAT WORKS THERE DOES NOT CARE TO HEAR WHAT WE ARE SAYING. SHE SIMPLY TELLS MY HUSBAND I'M NOT GONNA ARGUE WITH YOU OVER THE PHONE. I'M LIKE TF WE JUST PAID ALMOST 1000 TO HAVE RADIATOR FAN PUT IN AND THAT PART COST LESS THAN $140 BUCKS. SO AT THIS POINT I'M FEELING LIKE THE ROBBED ME OF MY MONEY.

***************** as we have explained several times the diagnostic procedure we followed on your 2013 Dodge Dart with ******* miles. ** you stated you had some mechanic replace a lot of parts for your cooling system and brought it to our shop still overheating. We discovered the radiator fan was not turning on. We tested the fan motor and concluded it was bad. After replacing the radiator fan. We still had a problem. After further checking and tracing the source of the problem. We found the positive battery terminal fuse box burnt and shorted out. We sent you the picture so you could see what originally shorted out the radiator fan. After the repairs were made your vehicle was road tested and double checked. At that time the cooling system was working properly. When you brought the car back to the shop 7 days and 270 miles later. Complaining of the car overheating. We checked the radiator fan and fuse box we replaced. They were operating properly. We recommend to have your husband the mechanic that originally replaced the water pump change it out. Its possible it may be a defective water pump. If you replace the water pump and it still has overheating problems. We recommend you get an Engine Block Test to see if you warped the head. We are a very professional shop and have been at the same location for over 18 years. The parts we replaced and charged you for were bad and in need of replacement. Is it possible your car has other issues? At the time of repairs your cooling system was functioning. If we had seen another problem with your cooling system we would of recommended the repairs. If you have any problems with the parts we replaced let us know. ** you still have a warranty.

I honestly should've used that money to put on a down payment. I do not understand how your diagnostics or mechanics could not see that it was the head gasket that truly needed the repairs. You did not care about serving me with honesty customer service. I picked up my vehicle March 28th and on March 29th I immediately texted and called you to tell you my car was overheating. Yes I traveled some miles but I DO HAVE A JOB. I entrusted my vehicle with you and your mechanics only to get my car back the same exact way I took it to you. You can pay the role of honesty customer service but you, I and God knows.
