HORRIBLE!We took our jeep here and were quoted 190. We were then called and oked a total of ******. When we went to pick it up it was 452. Which was not oked. When we went in, their solution was to undo the work! If it were not my husband and it were me THAT would have been exactly what had happened. The person who said they were the manager even said it was his fault. I live in the area and will spread the word to everyone I come across. This is not good business, but do I really need to say that! These people are what give auto repair places a BAD NAME!Review from Denise B

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO GENE ********************** ON 281! I took my car in for a transmission 4 months later it is fixed but all of a sudden I have no **! They ** worked just fine when I took it in. In fact the ** worked better then a brand new car. DO NOT TRUST THEM AT ALL!!!! Read all of the reviews over and trust me when I say, their excuse is we are so busy we will get to it next week and that week goes by and the next week goes by and so on and so on.Review from Drobb R

Terrible place to have ******** work done. I went to pick up my car and I took pictures of the grease marks in my interior, water stains on the seats and a part from my battery cable went missing. first red flag was my engine cover wasn't even in the car, I had to ask for it. I took my losses and ran! I agree with the others, I was convinced my the "owner" that they were the best in town and upon arriving to pay received intimidation and I had to deescalate the situation before he got out of hand. Highly recommend to stay away.Review from Steve S

Horrible Experience. Would not advise anyone to do business with this place. Owner cursed me out. Had vehicle broken into and stereo stolen along withe damage to the vehicle. STAY AWAY!
