Do NOT do business with this company. They are predatory and have NO PROBLEM leaving young girls stranded late at night all while violating ***** law when it comes to releasing vehicles when the owner is present BEFORE they get towed off. My daughters car got towed last night while they were trying to download the app and pay. The law states that if the car is not finished being hooked up when the owner arrives, it has to be released without any charges or if already hooked up and not left yet, it has to be released and a drop fee is paid. They blatantly ignored this law when towing her vehicle. And of course, their cameras were supposedly not on to record anything according to an employee named ******. In trying to speak with the owner, *** this morning, who was extremely rude and wouldn't listen to what I had to say, hung up on me. And apparently, immediately after my daughters car was towed, another young lady's car was towed from the same parking lot. They have already been investigated by KTBX and found to be conducting predatory, illegal and unethical practices. It needs to be shut down immediately. And for TDLR to keep renewing their licenses, they need to be held accountable too. Call your congressman and contact the Office of the Governor ********************* and let them know. This company is lucky nothing happened to my daughter and her friend last night.
