I'm a personal assistant who was inquiring about pool conversion for my boss and his newly bought property. *********************** was extremely rude, interrupted me, acted like he was upset but my question and told me to have my boss call him, then he hung up on me when I told him my boss doesn't make these kinds of calls, and that this is literally my job. I'm just trying to do my job.I'm pretty sure he thought my little lady brain couldn't handle words like "I don't recommend doing that type of pool conversion in the area" but instead, did not communicate whatsoever and acted condescending to me, hung up and then texted me with cuss words telling me to "call the company that sold you that crap" If **** had not interrupted me, he would have known that my employer just bought this house and wasn't aware that kind of pool conversion wasn't do-able. But **** seems to have a problem with listening and customer service. Check out his reviews on ****** and Yelp, he's apparently cussed out, sent threats and his team was throwing glass bottles outside someones house when they were working on it. EXTREMELY CONDESCENDING AND RUDE. ******************, I suggest you work on your customer service skills, your ego seems like you can't even handle someone asking you a simple question without verbal abuse and intimidation. Chill out ****.
