This guy is the worst! ***** Donnelly comes off as a nice guy and sells himself as a caring and competent pool builder. He is neither. We hired him to do a $100K pool remodel job. We were told by him that it would take about 9 weeks. We signed a contract July 28th, 2022. Its now fall of 2023 and its still not done. This project started off as fixing a leaking water feature. The pool still leaks and I have still have giant holes that have not been repaired. Part of the "upgraded" rebuild was two years of pool maintenance. Haven't seen the dude in over a month. Pool is green now. Just to give you a flavor of dealing with Donnelly, this is a text he sent my wife when she was complaining about how long this was taking and that he hadn't delivered a pool vacuum as he verbally indicated he would. "Fine-then I'll tell ***** not to clean your pool tomorrow. No one is preventing you from using the pool. And if you can't get in it because of a few leaves and a few dog hairs... then I don't know what to tell you.I'll review the sales contract when I get back. This pool has been a nightmare for me as much as y'all. I'm sorry that y'all had a subpar builder that build (sic) your pool initially!!! That's not my fault. I'm figuring out this ******** as I go! Because the person that built it...did it cheap AS possible!!!! Its a HUGE pool!!AND they put FLEX PIPE.... and a total of 5 returns IN the WHOLE F****** pool! I remember my first day too!!!! This pool has done nothing but COST ME MONEY.
