Purchased new Whirlpool refrigerator in September 2023. December 7 it started making loud noise but was still cooling so whirlpool send out ****'s Appliance repair LLC, technician had to order parts. After a week technician came back out to repair and when he left unit would not cool at all. Removed all groceries into a cooler and contacted ****'s appliance LLC again. There response was to open another work order through whirlpool so we did. Technician cam back out December 22 for what is now the 3rd time since December 7th. unit still does not cool. placed a thermometer in and let it run over night and would only cool to 65 inside. Being the Saturday before Christmas i was forced to purchase another refrigerator. Reached back out to ****'s Appliance LLC and the response again was open a ticket through whirlpool and they will put me on the schedule.After countless failed times trying to contact the owners **** and *****, I called whirlpool and told them to send another company out as I do not trust the work ****'s Appliance Repair LLC does when their only response is to always open a new ticket through Whirlpool for the 4th time in a month when it is their lack of quality work, knowledge and customer ********************** that has resulted in them having to come out multiple times in a month for an issue the cannot fix. It is not Whirlpools fault this company cannot fix refrigerator after 3 tries.
