Very condescending and unprofessional mystery shopper schedulers...they keep changing assignments at the last minute then when shoppers requests adjustments, they get an attitude instead of being accommodating and understandingReview from Benjamin S

This is 100% a scam company. The first job was buying an iPhone and shipping it after I received payment. Second job was buying (2) $500 Apple gift cards, again I was given payment no issues. the Third transaction was to buy 3 MacBook Pros and I was very sketched out at this point but all has gone good so far. After the shipped the laptops out, the customer receiving the shipment had "issues" getting to the pickup. Finally after 3 days they were received and I get an email from "*****************" the **************** director at RBG saying they are having issues with payment. So she sent me their Account and Routing number for me to make the payment. I asked for what the amount of payment should be and she told me a number that was about $1000 short of my math. I corrected her and she said " Yes, that looks right. Pardon my mistake with auditing". I am still pending the payment from their bank but im sure I will never see it. This company needs to be shut down.Review from Interviwed H

I did not work here. I interviewed. First with the Recruiter, then Operations. When I got to the 3rd interview with the *** she looked at me like I had 4 heads. She was obviously racist and did not attempt to hide it. Superiority complex in full flight. After that, I never heard back from them. If this company is interested in growing, they need to clean house.Review from Niya N

I was uncomfortable making a purchase of substantial price and hadnt received funds yet, and when I declined *************************** threaten me personally! He stated that my personal information was on file and that I should prepare to be jeopardized
