Refund & Exchange Policy: 
Bright Brain has differentcancellation/refund policies for each of the services offered on theSite. Please review the following before purchasing our products orservices. If you are unsure or looking for clarification, please contactus, we're happy to assist you.
1.           The term “notice” means using email orcalling (and leaving a detailed, easy to understand, voicemail ifnecessary) Bright Brain via the information listed on the contact page,or using the contact form to communicate with Bright Brain aboutrefunds, cancellations, and/or rescheduling services. for more information. In order to cancel,reschedule, receive a refund, or add or remove people from groupappointments, the person that sends a notice must be the same person whopaid for the service(s), and the first and last name must match theinformation provided during purchase.
The term “appointment”refers to 1 hour of service and the conditions for cancellation,rescheduling, or refunds apply to each individual appointment. If youhave multiple appointments, you must take care of them one at a time,individually, to cancel or reschedule. Cancellation or rescheduling ofone appointment does not mean the same for your other appointments, youmust adhere to the necessary conditions for each appointment. Processinga refund may take up to 5 business days, not including the time ittakes your financial institution to process the refund. Contact us ifyou have any questions.
2.           One-on-one tutoring appointment (inperson or online): Must give at least 3 hours of notice if theappointment is scheduled to begin 6 hours or more from the time ofpurchase. Must give at least 1 hour of notice if the appointment isscheduled to begin 3 hours or less from the time of purchase. These arethe necessary conditions for a FULL refund. If you do not meet theseconditions, you have 48 hours from the time at which your appointmentbegins to receive a PARTIAL refund, which is a $15 administrative feecharged and deducted from your original payment. IF YOU DO NOT SEND ANOTICE TO BRIGHT BRAIN WITHIN 48 HOURS FROM THE TIME AT WHICH YOURAPPOINTMENT BEGINS, YOU WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND.
3.           Group tutoring appointment (in person oronline): For an existing group appointment, people may be added orremoved within the allowed maximum and minimum capacities, granted thatnotice is provided as stated. Charges for adding extra people areinvoiced and sent to you via email or vcita, and you must pay theinvoice within 48 hours of the time it is issued. IF PAYMENT FOR ANINVOICE IS NOT RECEIVED WITHIN 48 HOURS, YOUR SERVICES WILL BE ON HOLDUNTIL PAYMENT IS COMPLETE, AND YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED VIA EMAIL AND/ORPHONE.
Must give at least 3 hoursof notice if the appointment is scheduled to begin 6 hours or more fromthe time of purchase. 4.           Test Preparation and Bootcamp Classes:Everyone must register for a class by 11:59PM on the mentionedregistration date. If you cancel or reschedule a class after theregistration deadline, but before the first class begins, a $30administrative fee will be charged and deducted from your originalpayment, for a PARTIAL refund. If you or your student attend the firstday of class, you are eligible for a full refund as stated below. If youor your student does not show up to the first day of class, and stillwant to cancel or reschedule, you will be charged a $30 no-show fee fromyour original payment, for a PARTIAL refund. If you want to cancel orreschedule multiple classes, you must deal with each class individually,one at a time. Modification of one class does not mean the same foryour other classes.
You must give a notice by11:59PM on the day before the start of the second day of class to beeligible for a full refund, as long as you do not fall into a categorydescribed above, such as modifying a class after the registrationdeadline. For example, if the second day of class is on Saturday the16th of a month, then please give a notice by 11:59PM on Friday the 15thof that same month to be eligible for a refund. You or your studentMUST attend and be present on the first day of class for a full refund.These are the necessary conditions for a FULL refund. IF YOU DO NOT GIVEA NOTICE BY 11:59PM ON THE DAY BEFORE THE START OF THE SECOND DAY OFCLASS, YOU WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND.
