            I signed up for a free 14-day trial of the Leadsbridge web app, which is offered by ActiveProspect, Inc.The Leadsbridge web app web is meant to link CRM systems with advertising platforms such as ***************** etc.I signed up for a trial of the Hero plan on this page, https://leadsbridge.com/pricing/, and submitted my credit card details to start the trial.However, as soon as I started experimenting with the service, I ran into functional limitations. As a result, the Leadsbridge web app prompted me to upgrade to the next higher level of service, i.e., the Guru plan. It asserted that the trial would remain free for 14 days with this upgrade.Despite this assertion, within minutes of starting the trial, my credit card was charged $139, and I received a receipt (see attachment). I immediately reached out to the Leadsbridge customer service to report this erroneous charge and request a refund. Despite several attempts to explain what happened, the Leadsbridge customer service insists that this charge is correct and refuses to issue a refund,
