Our **'s shower gasket failed and caused some water damage. Claim filed with Winebago They sent me to San Antonio ** a preferred repair facility. Spoke to **** the service manager who took three weeks to assess the damage and send a work order to Winnebago. **** said ********* denied the claim, it came to light that SA ** submitted a false claim adding damage not approved. **** resubmitted a proper claim. The claim was denied was because SA ** added items to the claim without my knowledge. When I was able to reach **** he always told me ********* didn't have the parts, sent the wrong parts, or were back ordered for months. 06/23 **** received the parts and would start work. I let him know that my situation has changed, and I would like to sell the *** He sent me to **** and we agreed on a consignment price. June and July the ** not get advertised. Late July finally listed.No communication from their end calls not returned. Pictures of the ** were half-assed with clutter and areas that were still being repaired, no staging and no effort to really try and sell it.At this point I decided to sever ties. I contacted PPL and decided to consign with them. When I went to inspect the ** before transporting it from SA ** to PPL, I noticed several items stolen. I contacted ******* the owner of SA **, he did not take any responsibility for these claims. The ** made it to PPL on 10/09/23. PPL appraised the ******** informed me that there was water damage, scratches, broken trim and a few other minor damages. The water damage happened when hooking up the water while SA ** had it. I contacted *******, who basically played games with me while putting me on speaker phone so his staff could hear the conversation and laugh at my claims.We purchased the ** on 08/20/2022. San Antonio ** had the ** in their possession for almost a year and stole roughly a thousand dollars of personal items and ended up causing another 4k of damage.
