I apologize for delaying my review although, is one able to make a review purchasing a car without ever driving it? Can you say how pleased you are with a new home purchase before even moving in? The same applies when you have some roofing replaced.Weve now had our first and only decent rain since it was replaced and I did not see any leaks at all. What a blessing to see that it works very well. *Now, Ill be glad to move on to the details!We dont tend to do much roofing on our home as I suspect not many do either however, we had a decent size roofing project that needed immediate attention because our patios roof began to leak water into our casa and on the patio.It became a major problem when the last 3-day rain deluge we had around here many weeks ago. We knew it wasnt going to fix itself so ended up contracting SoTex Exteriors-Roofing and Remodeling Company.They proved themselves to be honest, knowledgeable and a reputable company that we would hire for any other roofing project if needed again. No problem.Our contact was ******** who made sure things stayed on track at all times. Even the owner ******** popped in unexpectedly to also inspect the work being done.Im definitely not a professional roofer but knowledgeable enough to understand what needed to be done and watched it from start to finish and have no doubt it was done extremely well. Our patio is fairly large and some rotten wood also needed replacing besides the whole (patio) roof had to be completely removed and replaced so it surprised me that it was knocked out in one day. Soup to Nuts as they say.The price was more than fair, the work performed exceeded our expectations and we never felt cheated. Im not a gambler at all but hiring someone to do any work at your home can be a crap-shoot?! I believe you can narrow your odds by hiring this company. We did and are pleased with the results! ??******** suggested ****************** and their work was done very well, quick too.
