Our experience with Longhorn Roofing was excellent from first contact to completion of the job. We requested a quote through their website and got a prompt response from the owner. Then *** who did the measuring and estimate listened to all our questions and our comments on roofing work that had been done by others years before. This was all reflected in a very detailed estimate that included alternatives (with prices) for different ways of dealing with our particular roofing situation. For example, the underlay tear-off was given a flat price per layer, and all materials were clearly identified. Just as one particular example, a few days before the work started, *** asked us to send a close-up picture of our drip edge so he could match the new drip edge with the part that didn't need replacing. The estimate was also accompanied by the company's proof of insurance.The work crew obviously had a lot of experience and worked well together. They started before 7:00 A.M. on a mid July day that hit record heat, and didn't leave until it was dark. The resulting roof looks great and they were diligent about the cleanup.We didn't have much interaction with the office staff, but what we did was pleasant.Based on this experience we'd recommend them to any of our friends.

Great response from Laura and the longhorn team. They gave me an Estimate based on the picture I provided and the came out as quickly as possible and performed the work as quoted. They fixed damage to my roof just in time before a storm came through!

What a great company! They helped us after a storm when time was short, and it was a small job in comparison to some of the work out there. Very respectful, and attentive. They were the only ones to even call us back from the original handful of companies I reached out to. Give them your business, and you will not regret it.
