              We are on ****************, ** and ***** installed a new metal roof on our home in the fall of 2021. A recent wind storm on the island caused one of the metal panels to lift up and tear off the roof. It was the only panel affected on the entire roof. Fortunately, the storm was mainly wind and there was no water damage below the polyglass underlayment.I called *****, and left a message which was not returned. Looking further, it appears they have pulled out of the **********, ** area.I had a five year workmanship warranty on the roof. As only one panel was affected, it seems apparent that one worker didn't do what was required to secure this panel in place. The rest of the roof showed no signs of damage. This is clearly a workmanship issue.However, with no one in the area to contact or complete repairs, it now appears this five year warranty is worthless.
