Acme Roof Systems Re: Roof Repairs @ **** Wick Wood Crt. ******************************** We contacted ********************* with Acme Roofing to provide an estimate concerning the recent hail damage we experienced at our residence. Expecting a long wait time for the estimate, due to the number of claims in the area, we were pleasantly surprised when **************** showed up the next day after contact. We were provided with an estimate in a timely manner, (less than 24 hours). ***** pricing and recommendations for the new roof were spot on. Having built our home and being in the Construction Business for the past 40 years, we were incredibly pleased with the no nonsense approach with the estimate. Specific items were addressed and discussed, no pressure to provide additional Upgrades just a complete repair package to fit our needs. Materials were ordered, delivered, off loaded, and within a brief period, workers arrived and began repairs. We were concerned about our flower beds getting damaged, but the crews took exceptional care to protect our house, windows, flower beds and above all the cleanup was beyond anything we expected. With the amount of roofing materials removed we expected to have to spend a significant amount of time to gather up debris and nails from the site, but that was not the case. Not at All. It was like they were never here. **** and his crew were very professional, courteous, dependable, and kept an otherwise traumatic and aggravating experience down to a slight inconvenience. We have worked with a number of subcontractors over the years and have not experiences such a pleasant experience as with **** and his crew. We had one little warranty call and it was addressed within 12 hours and completed that day. We can not ask for anymore than that. Should we have any future repairs or projects ACME and **** will be the ones we call.

We contacted Acme Roof Systems after they were referred by a friend. They sent out their salesman and project manager, ************************* to assess our roof after the spring hail storms last year. **************** inspected our roof, gutters and fence. We were provided a quote and time table for the repair on our roof, gutters and fence. From **************** to the Roofing Supervisor the Gutter Installer, and Fence Repairman we were provided excellent customer service and were treated with complete professionalism. **************** was always one step ahead in the process and he supplied all of the required supplements which were required by our insurance company. All of the work was top notch and completed ahead of schedule. When we require another roof, we will definitely be calling Acme Roof Systems to complete the job. We cant thank Acme Roof Systems enough, it is very rare today to get exactly what you were promised, on time, with absolutely no hassle.

I do not recommend this company. They are very sloppy with repairs. I have a brand new home that was hit by hail. They talked me into getting a lot of repairs I did not need. Mislead me on cost, and didnt even try to negotiate with my insurance company. I had two leaks after they replaced my roof. They failed to fix it after the first attempt then waited weeks to try again. They left buckets of water to rot in my attic both leaking incidents. They caused flood damage to the side of my house and neighbors from leaving water faucet turned on that we were unaware of for a whole entire month. They lied to me about the repairs they would make to fix the water damage they caused my attic and ceiling due to their improper roofing job. My damaged insulation and sheet rock was never replaced, just painted over. They also have terrible employee *** with disturbing road rage issues. Save yourself the trouble and go with someone els, wish I did.
