              ****** has been phenomenal with the customer service. Through emails and phone call, he mocked out a perfect example of how I wanted my uniforms to look. They really focus on the details and wanted to make sure that I was completely satisfied with the uniform. On top of that they gave me options on the best sale. Very pleased with ****** and the soccer factory, will definitely order from here again!

              This company makes promises is does not deliver on. I placed an order over two months ago and was told it would take two weeks - socks and *****. Instead I send daily emails trying to get updates and equipment and was shipped defective items that still havent been replaced. This business is terrible and their customer service fails to respond and my multiple requests go unanswered most of the time. Do not use this company regardless of how inexpensive their quote is- you will fight to get your order, its not worth it.

              Placed order for my daughter entire club soccer team on July 19th. I was told 3 weeks. At 3 weeks I hadn't heard anything so I emailed several times with no response. I called several days later to see about an update on my order. They said it was sent out for shipping and id receive a tracking number shortly. Kept waiting and no tracking order. I had to be a squeaky wheel to finally hear our order was misplaced in the returns bin? by this time our first game has passed and we didn't have uniforms. Now its been 5 weeks When I received them they had put a giant logo on the belly of the shirt very oddly placed and Wondered if that's why they were in the returns bin. Not to mention they sent white shorts that are see through. I ordered grey.No coach jersey, a hat with no logo or print on it. 3 sets of jerseys that when the girls tuck in their shirts half the name on the front is missing and their names aren't on the back. Also beware when you call they act like they have no idea who you are when it's the same 2 people answering the phone. This was a 3k order and now they've played 2 games without jerseys. Their communication is the problem here. It's the slowest process to get a response from this company. Im giving them a chance to make it right but it's been 4 days since I got the bad order and I've heard nothing on their end. If I don't get a resolution soon I'll be disputing the charges.

              My HS soccer team made an order of home and away kits worth over $1k and their website says they take 2 - 3 weeks. Well, as I have read many others now, they do not comply to their service promise. Very unprofessional business ran by unprofessional people who only take your money!They claim that the delay is due to the manufacturer or wherever they order their jerseys from. Well if that is the case then they need to update their website with more realistic wait times. Also, their website claims most of their catalogue is in-stock, making the possible buyer fall into thinking they have those items available. So they lie! I believe the backorder excuse they use is just all BS.This business is a joke, I feel disappointed I did not read reviews for this business earlier.IF YOU HAVE NOT PURCHASED FROM THEM ONLINE, PLEASE SAVE MONEY AND TIME AND AVOID THEM. We will be waiting for our jerseys to come in.

              We have attempted to contact ********************* 8 times over the past three days, and he refuses to answer or communicate. We have continuously shared all delays with him. Unfortunately, there are manufacturing delays that are out of our hands that **************** has decided to take out on our business.

              Please make it clear how we have contacted, just as in one of your emails. You stated you have called me, I have never received call from the phone business. I have replied to all emails on my side, I haven't received several emails from your business side. I am not taking anything out on your business as I haven't lied on anything I have said. I am stating facts. If manufacturing delays are out of your hands, please update your website. Do not make post on your website that it takes 2 - 3 weeks. Also, since you have not complied to that, as in on the last email I sent your business, I would like to cancel the order and receive a full refund.

              Prior to placing a custom order for 9 youth soccer jerseys, I called to inquire on the turn around time. We had a small window of 3 weeks before our first game. When I spoke to the "sales representative" I was quoted 2 1/2 - 3 weeks for production & shipping. I was encouraged to pay for rush shipping to help expedite the delivery; I paid the additional fee to ensure we would have them in time for our first game. I placed the order on February 10th and have yet to receive the order or an update on the status.Additionally, I have made multiple attempts to get an updated order status and no customer representative will give me a direct answer. Every representative has provided the pre-generated shipping date of 4 weeks from the order date. When I inquire further, for a direct status of my order, the representatives say they will have to look into it and email an update - those emails never come. When I chat with an agent and ask for a direct status they stop responding.With the season beginning on Saturday, we have no uniforms, no current status and no actual date to expect the order. Beyond frustrated and just want answers.

              Ive been owed a refund since October of this year after they did not supply the uniform I paid for. Every week I followup with them and get the same response, we still have not received approval to send the next report to our accounting department. As soon as we are able to send that you will receive a confirmation email. They acknowledged they owe me money, but wont issue a payment.

              Ordered my kids soccer gear which was $400 with no a la carte option back on July 24. All the way until October 12th and nobody still had answers. the support email address that was provided on my invoice clearly doesnt work because I have yet to receive any sort of response to my multiple emails. I was also given the email address of someone specific and talked to him on the phone once, but he never responded to my multiple emails asking for an update on my order. We are almost halfway through the season without uniforms, or orders have been fulfilled only partially. The Soccer Factory needs to be upfront with these teams that there are issues with fulfilling orders. However, they continue to take orders and then ghost the customers who are looking for answers.I dont need an apology. I need the gear I paid for or refund my money. I also need you to post a LARGE Buyer Beware disclaimer on your website to prevent this from happening to other customers.

              Good afternoon, This customer had been notified previously that they are order delays due to the supply chain impacts. This is reiterated in multiple confirmation emails that they receive throughout the order process as well. This customer has received a refund for the unavailable items as they were on a batch refund report that was submitted to our accounting office this morning. The customer will also receive a confirmation email once their refund is complete.

              Id leave a zero if I could. False advertising on their website states 2-3 weeks for delivery. Worst experience from a company I have ever encountered. What started out as an exciting venture this year, (using a European brand) has turned into a very frustrating situation. After multiple delays, excuses, stall tactics, slow rolling and unfulfilled promises from the vendor, three of our boxes finally arrived this weekend. Aside from being piecemeal; No kits were complete Most of the jerseys that arrived had logos, names and numbers that were already peeling Some jerseys were only partially printed (missing either logos, names and/or numbers) Some jerseys arrived completely blank ******* boys names were printed on girls jerseys and vice versa No inventory sheet Every item displayed an overall extreme lack of attention to detail. We have told TSF that we are not accepting any of these items.EYSC (*******************) is engaged in a formal dispute with the company and in the interim are pursuing additional local screen-printing options here in the area, to supplement the silver jerseys, (that were already distributed) as rapidly as we can. Unfortunately, they have not released our funds yet to purchase replacement items elsewhere, causing our non profit extreme reputational damage. No one is more disappointed than our leadership team that has already invested countless hours and effort into uniforms this year, only to end up thus far, relatively empty handed.EYSC Board

              My name is ****** I have ordered for my son his whole uniform set game training backpack sweat pants and jacket on January 16 2022 it will be 3 months on April 16 I have not received any explanation/email as to why is gonna take all 3 months or more if I dont receive any explanation why I havent received anything I will pull my son from Barcelona Soccer Excellence and ask for a full $360 plus refund and hold both parties responsible for not fulfilling the order as placed in January 16th

              This place is horrible when it comes to customer service, absolute worst! I have inquired about a uniform order via email as they instruct one to do, and have yet to hear back. I emailed them 1.5 months ago. Also, our uniform order was partially delivered, and they omitted the fact that they didnt send items. Id run from this company.
