    This company seriously over charged me when I requested A/C service last summer. Temp. was over 100 degree me unit failed. I was told the minor and could be fixed easily. Based on that assessment given, I didn't see the need to ask for an estimated price for repair. When the work was done, I was charged 900 plus dollars and refused request for a receipt. "Will be emailed to you" I was told. When I didn't receive the emailed bill, I called the office requesting it be sent via regular mail which they agreed but never got. I call back and talked a manager who decided to credit me $150.00. I discovered hard start kit used in the repair pary valued less than 100 dollars with repair time less than one hour. I would say they took advantage of the situation to make a lot money at others expense.

    Hi Mr. Sackey,  We are very sorry to hear about the concern with the services provided to you.  Our mission statement is to "Create customers for life by enhancing their lives" and sounds like we might have missed the mark.  I have reviewed in detail as we do all customer concerns and I see that you were presented the quote for the repairs before we completed any work, you signed authorization to complete the repairs, we completed the repairs and then you signed upon completion to charge your card.  There are also notes that we mailed invoices on multiple occasions because you could not receive email invoices due to lack of email address so I do not know what happened there.  It has been 7 months since the date of service but if you wish to discuss do not hesitate to call and we can further discuss.  If you still want a copy of the invoice, we can have another mailed or dropped off in your mailbox.  Once again, very sorry that we did not achieve our mission with you but if you give us another opportunity we will always strive for that goal and live by our core values of:  Integrity, Empathy, Professional, Family, Community
