            The business responded to the BBB inquiry and shows on the report that another crew will be sent back. That was on Jan 4, 2023. I spoke to the owner who confirmed to me that he would send another crew back out. It is now February 12, more than thirty-days later and the work is has not resumed. My suggestion to any customers who agrees to have this company do work should not pay the full amount of the job unless and until the job is completely finished. For now, my experience has been Greater Texas Concept, LLC or Texas Concept Remodeling Improvement will verbally commit to living up to the terms of their Retail Sales Agreement/Job Specifications, but has not actually completed the job. Buyer Beware. By the way, their Sales Agreement carries the BBB LOGO, which gave me some assurance this was a Company in good standing with the BBB. But now I see it has a BBB rating of A+ and 1/5 from 4 customer reviews. Not an enviable record. Wish I had been more careful.

            After reading previous reviews about this company, it is obvious facts that most of the customers are having the same issues with bathroom/shower remodeling. The showers are not installed properly and to get a call back from this company after leaving messages on voicemail is not lucrative. Everybody cant be lying. The owner needs to own up to the bad workmanship that is done by the guys he is hiring and replace those workers for people that know what they are doing. You will always complaints and a bad representation to go along with it.

            Unfortunately your warranty has expired. We did your project in 2018. We dont know what happened since then but we do qualify work.
