1 star because it wont let me leave a 0. This place has THE WORST service department. The service manager, ******, is a rude, unprofessional individual. We do not recommend buying from Seguin RV as their stellar customer service magically disappears as soon as you drive off the lot. 0/ 10 stars. Seguin RV

I gave them one star because they wouldnt let me leave zero. Worst service EVER. Their shoddy work nearly killed my family, because they were to quick to sell an RV to make sure the electrical contacts were tight, and it caught fire. My entire family couldve been killed while we were sleeping. They repaired the damage, and I wanted to make sure, after a few months, that there were no signs of new damage. When I brought it in for other warranty work, I simply asked if they could just look at it and see if they noticed any new damage that I cant. Not to do a diagnostic, but to lift a lid and look at their workmanship to make sure it doesnt kill my family like it almost did. They said they would absolutely do that, and that they understood my concern. When I came to pick it up, they said I had to pay them $150 for them to stand by their workmanship.FYI, it forms out that the warranty work I had to get done was a seemingly broken refrigerator. But again, it wasnt broken. They just didnt set it up correctly, so the fridge wasnt completely plugged in. Since it is bolted to the wall, its not something I had access to see. Had it also arced, like other loose electrical connections, it could have started another fire.Instead of being grateful for not bring legal issues to their doorstep, they were rude, ugly people, and they had no interest in protecting the people who spent tens of thousands of dollars with them. I would highly encourage anyone shopping for an RV or repairs to look anywhere BUT this dumpster fire of a business. Absolutely shameful.

We went to ********* to look at a couple *** that had listed on their website. We got there and the salesman they assigned us said non of the *** we want to see they didnt have. I ask when they would have them in he said did not know. I ask him to show us some new ones within the price range we r looking for. He proceeded to show us some from a list he had and also showed us two used ***. We were interested in one of the used ones because it fit our price range he also told us the warranty would rollover since its a 2020 model. He told us the previous owner used it twice which we are now finding out that was a lie. The mattress was worn and had sink holes in it that doesnt happen in just used twice ****. We had picked up the ** on a very bad thunderstorm day we arrived late because of the weather around 4:30pm. Our final walkthru was rushed along with final signature for paperwork in fact I ask the guy for copies and he said ***** would email them, it would have taken him two seconds to make me a copy I didnt get my paperwork till two weeks later after chasing them down constantly, also out ** had a leak going across the floor which we pointed out to the sales guy and he said he didnt think it was a major leak just condensation from the frig. He said if it continues he would pay for rv mobile service to come out to check it he swore it wasnt a leak. Well since the rv was going to be out home we had no choice but to take it that day. The leak continued for a month 8 called them our sales person *** didnt want to deal with us and told us to call service I ask him to contact service to let them know what was happening and he couldnt even do that he said it was out of his hands. I even tried having the ************* ***** help and he didnt call me back or return my emails. Since having this ** I have spent approx$300 out of my own pocket to repair a leak and replace a seal on our toilet. Not to mention out a new mattress.DO *** PURCHASE A ** from ****** ** they will sell you anything and dont stand behind what they sell and the salesmen no nothing about the *** they sell just want your money and nothing else to do with you if you have issues or problems dont work with you dont return calls or emails.
