I went to look at a property that they had listed on their site and the pictures made the place look much better than what the actual property looked like. I went inside and was met with a horrendous smell of cigarettes and weed even though it's supposed to be non-smoking. When I went up to the unit and opened the door it looked slightly promising till I closed the door behind me and saw there was a dead *****, I kept walking and there was another one right next to the fridge and before I could even walk in the kitchen there was at least 6 other dead ones that I could see on the counter. Very friendly customer service but that apartment alone makes me not want to rent from this company.

I see where ************ looked at the property on 8/22/23. The pictures on the website are the exact unit and were taken by an employees iPhone and definitely were not altered. This property was just recently purchased by a new owner and there is only 1 tenant living in the building. I personally went to the unit today and I did not smell any weed, or cigarette smoke. The unit has been viewed each day since we listed it and someone had viewed the unit the same day ************ did. It is possible that they may have smoked cigarettes or weed in their car and then went inside and the smell lingered. Believe me, I know the smell of weed, we have people come in our office all the time that smell like it. I did see 2 very small little bugs on the counter in the kitchen, they were not a *****. There was in fact a dead water bug in the bathtub. Both units 3 and 4 were vacant and unit 3 rented this morning. We appreciate **************** feedback.Review from Terrence R

I honestly think that these people don't know what they're doing. I always pay my rent on time if not ahead of time and when something needs fixing, they're never on time. My AC unit went out so I put the work order in that night and when morning came I did receive a call but only to tell me that it will be late Friday before they can get to me and it's now Wednesday. So im thinking with this extreme heat advisory that they will get someone on it asap... not the case, so Im sitting in my home which the thermostat says 99 so yea im ****** off!Review from Jeremiah G

This lady is completely unprofessional she took over a property iam owner financing because the man got sick and can no longer keep up with several properties.i sent her my payment threw cash app and she refunded it to me the after I sent her the copies of the refunded payment she says I owe her 200 extra dollars because she accidentally paid me not refunded me so now I read ofe sending it back to her she wants doubleReview from Jennifer S

We were seriously contemplating selling our properties because without a solid management company that owners and tenants alike can count on then you will just lose money. We have been very happy with the owner of MR and her staff and many years later we thankfully kept our property. They really work for us and they don't just do what they want or impose situations that cost me money, nor do they try to sell the tenants monthly maintenance services that would only serve to pad the managements pocket. We were pretty demanding on what we were looking for in a management company. MR has been true to their promises for our tenants needs and for my requests. They really are a partnership if that is what you are looking for in a company yet, very honest. And, my favorite is their clean and clear recordkeeping.
