This is the first time I used Listing Results. They were great. I would use them again if I sold a house. In fact, next time I buy a home I will reach out to them for their assistance. Great service! Their service is outstanding! You pay a flat fee and youre represented throughout the whole process. They answered all my questions, they went over the contract with me, and pointed out red flags. Our first offer came with a difficult buyers agent. ****** handled it for me! The photos they took of our home were very professional and showed our house to its best potential. We ended up receiving an offer more than our asking price. This is my second time to use Listing Results And in my opinion there is no other option when youre selling your home. Youre able to keep more of the equity of your home while still getting excellent service!Review from Justin N

I absolutely don't know why anybody would sell a home any other way. I don't believe in paying a ridiculous 3% commission to often useless realtors. Listing Results was the only solution I found that offered reasonable and fair pricing without sacrificing great service. Throughout the process, I interacted with all three members of their team, and they were all professional and gave me the same level of service that a 3%-realtor would give. I spent close to an hour on the phone with **** getting his advice. I spent a good amount of time on the phone with ****** as well. She is very sharp and knowledgeable. At the same time I was selling this property, I was also selling another house directly to an investor that Listing Results didn't represent me on. I needed some advice on that second property and ******* was happy to give me some useful information. I really didn't expect this level of service from a discount broker but was pleasantly surprised.Listing Results, LLC Response

They deserve a 5 star rating. Helpful from the beginning to the end. Patient with me while filling out the paperwork and they were very detailed when reviewing the offers and caught items that I didnt.
