I found myself in a difficult situation with an upcoming divorce, where I needed to sell/rent my house someone take over the payments to stop us from going to Foreclosure. *** took the time to explain the process which was very simple, for taking the time to answer all my questions, and listened to my situation and was willing to help support my family’s needs. I had already started the move out of the state to be with my kids. I really didn’t want to have to worry about repair costs to fix it up, try to list it or rent and to have someone I trusted to maintain the house. That’s when I found out and called *** **** with TMC Property Solutions. Thanks to *** and his team, they were able to take over payments on my house with no hassle. *** completed everything he said he would and went way beyond what I ever thought would happen making the process simple and extremely easy to understand. I am speechless when it comes to *** and his staff in making all the transitions and reliving me of so much stress thru-out these few years.
