      Arrived to check code did not work waited 30 minutes to get door unlocked . Had dead roaches on floor of Fishermans Luv . Dirty tissues were under the sofas. Goldfish scattered on the floors. Blood stain on laminate flooring . Called 5 times a day for the first 3 days for housekeeping to come out. No response . Local office was horrible. I asked for my cleaning fee as on the 3 rd day of a 4 day stay they finally came to clean up. My daughter is allergic to cats and had a reaction because of all the cat and dog hair in carpets and sofas. They only want your money and when you get to your rental you are completely ignored . I have photos to back up theses problems we had . Still have not received any refund for the ****** cleaning fee. I have rented from this company 4 times previously but will never do it again . Ruined the whole trip for me and my family, This was the worst experience I have ever had .

      Arrived at our condo at 2 ten paradise on June 4-8. No concierge. The ramifications of that were huge for **. Were locked out for 30 minutes. No answer on Sunday at Miss Kittys. Code we were sent did not work. First night air conditioner in bunk room leaked on my granddaughter. Had to wait for repairman the next day. In order to cook breakfast, had to wash silverware and ************* that was in cabinet. Cleaned up trash in casita from previous renters. broken screen on door. Miss Kittys refunded 60$ concierge fee. Even though concierge finally showed up the second day, and we relayed to him all issues. The gm asked if we had pics.I feel the gm doesnt care about you. Have been on many vacations in 66 years. Never complained before. Used Miss Kittys before. Will never use them or Vtrips again.

      Great experience with multiple says over the years! Felt I had no choice but to share my experiences after placing the name of our preferred vacation rental property management company, Miss Kitty's Fishing Getaways, in a search engine and noting the negative rating. My family has stayed in 3-4 properties managed by *********************** with no issues or complaints. Did have one experience where we had to cancel an upcoming stay and that was handled without issue as well. Staff has been polite and prompt with each interaction. Received good communication with appropriate correspondence given in a timely manner with each booking. The same with any questions and the one request to cancel an upcoming stay. We love to visit the Rockport / Port A area and will continue to stay at properties managed by Miss Kitty's Fishing Getaways.

      Horrible dishonest office management. I would strongly not recommend doing business with them.

      ******************** stayed in on our properties this past summer. She informed us that the washing machine was not functioning properly. Due to this call coming to us on a Sunday, we were not able to dispatch an appliance repair company. Since ************************ stay was only 48 hours, we explained that any repairs would not be able to happen until after her check-out date, and we recommended the closest laundromat, offering to reimburse her the cost of doing her laundry there. She refused this offer. Upon her departure, two different staff members were able to complete full cycles of this washing machine, showing us that it was user error. ******************** ( who was not the responsible/ paying party and has no customer profile with us) demanded a full refund of her entire stay due to this alleged malfunctioning washer. We feel that demand was excessive, and offered her a discount on her next stay with ***********************, which she refused. The condition of the dishwasher is merely a discoloration due to hard water, and was never reported during her stay, only mentioned in reviews after she found out that there would not be a full refund. Our offer to provide the responsible party a discount on a future stay in one of our homes still stands, and will be valid for one year from the date of the original stay.
