My neighbor reported to me at about 0930 that my outside HVAC unit was making some terrible noise apparently on start up. I called Shafer Services and they had a technician here within about 2 hours. The technician found some previous very expensive work that was done incorrectly several months ago by another Shafer technician. Today's technician diagnosed the problem and set up repair to be made under warranty and also because the earlier problem had not been fixed properly. That shows integrity and promotes trust.Review from Bianca K

Our kitchen sink and disposal line was slowly draining and backing up.***** and an apprentice were on time and professional. ***** used a camera and showed us the debris coating interior of the line that only allowed about half the drainage area needed. He suggested jetting the line the next day but equipment was not available potentially for 4 days. He requested equipment to be expedited for our job so they returned the very next day. We appreciate the attention to detail and urgent resolution. ***** communicated with us on each step. He was very thorough and considerate in resolving our plumbing problem. He also recommended a product to use monthly to avoid build up from our sinks. We appreciate the expertise, consideration and expertise that ***** and Shafer Services provides!Review from Roberto L

They are honest dependable and knowledgeable about their work. I found them when another vendor could not fix a problem. After calling the manufacturer - the manufacturer suggested Shafer. I could not be happier that I have such a good HVAC and plumber. Today both ****** and ****** came out for maintenance on different products. Both were exceptional. I am with Shafer because of their technicians.

After having a nightmare company for our HVAC and plumbing. I contacted Shafer Services and have been very pleased with the attention to detail and explanations of routine service and work done. ? The level of professionalism by office management and technicians has been excellent. They notify you when and who is en route for your service, my technician provides appropriate education and advice on the health of our unit.
