Refused to be seen because I had a $370 debt from 2019. Its a shame the doctors will never know people representing them are being refused service for money collection.

** Bone and Joint is a excellent place to go and the staff are very helpful in every way. Had Surgery in April and it was a very good experience. Highly recommend them. I have had follow up appointments since then and it has all been very positive. I have been trying to get a follow up appointment with Dr A ********* for almost a month. He had me do blood tests, which I did the same day. He said to call him if I didnt get a call from him in a week. I have been calling the main number (since he is registered through the main office in Corpus Christi) for the last 3 weeks, asking to get a call back. Nothing. I finally called the facility that did blood tests and they confirmed that the results were sent over weeks ago. I had them resend the blood tests again today. The scheduler at south texas *************************** said that they never received anything. I broke my other arm last week and desperately need it set in a cast. I have still heard nothing. Do NOT use this facility. They will lose your records and you could wait forever.
