************ is honestly one of the worst doctors I've dealt with. My experience with him at Texas Health Resource in 2020 was traumatic.The hospital did not listen and treated me awfully as well (which is not usual for Texas Health as I've had great experiences in the past), and I've had to endure continued issues with my area that was "treated".The billing group he utilizes *************************** will double **** your insurance to try to scam the system and then will demand that you pay additional amounts. The team is not well organized and will tell you that you owe different amounts even after you pay the amount you were informed of. I paid the amount that I was informed I owed by Cigna and by a supervisor there and somehow this doctor is still pushing for money.I'm now 2 additional ER visits (both from infection and becoming ill to a point where I'm hospitalized), multiple PCP visits, and am on my way to see an additional rectal surgeon who can correct the job that ************ did. I've had both ER doctors and my PCP tell me that it is Dr. ***** fault for not correcting the issue in the first place and have collected all evidence, documentation, and recorded every interaction with his billing team. He is honestly lucky I have not filed a lawsuit yet against him.Stay far away from this group, and if I continue to get beat around for money then I will begin suing both *************************** and ************ of malpractice and for illegal billing. I've already showed the information to two separate lawyers, and both agreed that the case is worth pursing however I just want to get my issue fixed permanently so I can stop suffering and bleeding and hurting. My pain and issues have been continuing for the last 2 years.
