    My name is ****** ***** ***** (****** ****). The website formally known as ********************** under the ***** "******** ******" was hacked and breached. I have been a member on the website since 2017 which I had forgotten. I was notified about the breach through a paid credit-monitoring service. I tried to login into the website to delete the account by recovering password but the website does not have an account deletion option. I scrolled down to read the terms & agreements/policies of the website to contact customer service. I emailed them twice to delete my account at ************************** & ********************************** as listed on their website. I got an automatic response the first time. The second time which was today there was no feedback sent to me. I simply want my information permanently removed including public profile deleted from this website. I want the business to communicate this action being done.

    I had an upsetting experience with this business. It began with me attempting to order items for the first time from their site (which for the record has offered some really good advice in terms of hair upkeep. I couldn't get in touch with them to apply my welcome coupon code to my order. I waited for an email response for a couple of days, and ended up using another coupon when they didn't respond. My confirmation email went to my spam folder (which in retrospect was appropriate). I emailed them a second time thinking I didn't receive the confirmation - no response. I subsequently waited a week + to receive order updates - a shipping update, a "delay" message - but received nothing. I eventually went in to dispute the charge on my credit card where I found a phone number. I called and left a message. 3 hours later, I received a return call from a personal cell phone. The individual was very nice; they gave me the options of either receiving the package ("which would ship out next week") or canceling the order. I went on and canceled. The individual followed up by email (a personal email which they signed as an e-commerce consultant for Naturally Curly) stating that I would receive the refund.About 1 hr later, I received a text message from my credit card company stating that they had received a request to replace my credit card. When I called, they told me the request was to have a new card sent to a ***** address (I don't have a ***** address). I immediately looked up Naturally Curly's address; they are indeed located in *****. Which leads me to this review - to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap that I fell into.
