ZERO STARS My husband had a work injury in 2022. He is now a Quadrupelegic. We were finally able to buy good stuff from his settlement money. Our stuff was basically brand new! We are extremely disappointed with this moving company. They were very rude. It was blatantly obvious by looking at our items that they did NOT take care of them at all. Most of our boxes were completely smashed. Our washer and dryer where smashed/broken. We had to wait over a month to receive our items because they couldn't find a driver. We informed them multiple times that we had very important medical equipment that we desperately needed for his survival. They did not care at all, or try to get us our items any quicker. It was probably one of the top 5 most horrible experiences we've had. And that's really saying something since my husband no longer has a working body. We never even hired Jackson Movers. We hired 3 brothers moving but found out much later It was only a broker company.

At first I was happy with Jackson Movers. They came and gave a good estimate. Day of packing/loading they were on time, appeared to pack everything well that they had to pack. **** ended up being a few thousand more than was quoted. They told us it would be just a couple of weeks and we would have our items in ******* from *****. We gave a very nice tip. No communication was had after that, really. I would have to ask about our items. We finally got our items delivered at around 25 days. The movers who unloaded said they had no idea why our items were so long because they had been moving items all around ******* and could have easily brought our items up.As they started to unload, we were pleased as the workers would cut open glass items and ceramic, until we saw they had packed two large ceramice turtles in a garment box together. It was not packed well enough and both were severely broken. The glass to the coffee table was broken, the leg to an antique (husband's dad's) coat rack was broken off and irreparable. They left no instructions for the movers as to how to put the master bed back together and we had to go in and assist. There were several other items broken as well. All of these we sent in a claim file and that was August 1, 2023, now March 3, 2024. No response from anyone.On top of the above items, we found out later that both of our teens' bicycles were damaged and irreparable. This was after the claim was filed. We also found a few other items.We did give the movers who brought our furniture a very nice tip for the three and they did a wonderful job.Whoever unloaded the truck at the warehouse, loaded the 18-*******, and/or moved items around the warehouse did a horrible job.I REALLY wanted to give this company a great rating but we have been left out to dry.And now they've offerred $75. Even by weight that wouldn't cover one item, the bed headboard, solid wood king from the damage or the two ceramic HEAVY outdoor turtles.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE. To start off we were quoted an estimate of $2,000 all together for a move from OR to AZ I understand its an estimate but for the movers to charge an extra $1,000 at pick up is crazy. On top of that the driver (****) made a comment about us being little girls and thought we ordered this whole thing for our mom that was an ageist comment wasnt necessary tbh. Going back we talking a small 2 bedroom apartment not a whole home. They took our stuff a week in advance before our move in date, out of state saying it was gonna be a 5-7 day for delivery from the day of pickup or at least thats what the first guy that contracted us said. There has not been any update. We made the move and have been in our apartment going on our 3rd week without our stuff basically homeless at this point. The lack of communication when I tell yall has been crazy, me and my people been reaching out trynna get a status on where our stuff is and all we are told is it at a warehouse in Washington so there is no way to track it. Every time we have called we have gotten ahold of ******* and let me tell yall that lady is always short temper never wanting to help or transfer to anyone else. No compassion for us or our situation. The manager ******** along with ******* have said now its 5-14 days starting after the 18th AND they dont work on the weekends that was never mentioned. THEY STILL WANT US TO PAY ANOTHER ESTIMATE OF $2,000 When delivery gets here or they wont give us our stuff. HOW DID WE GO FROM 2K TO 5K BRO. We were cornered to sign, our lease was up & the guy didnt give us the chance to read what we were signing I would ask what am I signing and he would just keep saying the cost we talked about this aint fair at all. I expect this to be escalated to higher position than ******** because she mentioned there are two different dates showing for delivery so that was their mistake. We told them when we would arrive why would we want them to deliver later?????

The movers from Jackson Movers delivered all my belongings without even a scratch on anything. If that doesnt scream efficiency, I do not know what does. They dont even charge that crazy. They took such care of my valuables. The movers were friendly and punctual. I own some heavy pieces of furniture. But it was no big deal to them. Everything went like clockwork and they were done with the whole thing before I realized anything. They even unpacked and assembled the furniture. I am a very satisfied client.

This company move me from ******* ***** to ********* ***** broke many items including a $1000 65" TV and many irreplaceable dishes not to mention a patio heater. I understand things sometime break but their hands off approach by utilizing a 3rd part insurance company to file my claim and the difficulty of filling the claim is beyond anything I've experienced and I have moved with a moving company 11 times. Their crews were horrible to deal with and I had to stop them several times due to them treating my property by throwing it to the floor. Please do not use this company.

They were the most professional, careful, and attentive to detail movers I have ever seen. The move was flawless from beginning to end. I would choose them hands down over any other mover, any day.

I just wanted Jackson Movers to safely transport my things. Im not a fussy person so I was okay if they didnt maintain their timings and made me sleep on the floor for a night or two. Their performance was much better than I expected though. My main concern during this move was my old pieces of furniture. But the very capable and experienced mover took great care of them. They carried everything very systematically. Their packing skills were great. I havent really seen movers who are so professional before. That must be true given how efficient my crew was. They didnt damage anything on the way and made the delivery on time. I didnt have to worry about a thing during this move. I hope they keep up this level of service in the future.

Very irresponsible movers. Many valuable missing articles. Please do not use this company.

I have become quite a regular client of Jackson movers. However, there has been a gap of 4 years when I didnt need to move. But then it was time to relocate again and I called them as usual. I thought they wouldnt recognize me given how many clients they have, but surprisingly their manager did remember me. He asked me when I needed the mover and I said as soon as possible! He sent his men right away. I never had any doubts in these men as they were always very punctual, apt and quick. The last quality really matters when your move requires holding up the elevator. I did get a few stares but only for an hour, but I was moving out anyway. They delivered all my belongings in pristine condition on the due date. I think they deserve big thumbs up.

Do not use!!! Broke multiple items - even boxed marked in all caps as FRAGILE. Kitchen table (wooden) side taken off, furniture is wobbly, dishes broken, and movers completely kicked in. Took over a month to deliver and ended up doubling from original estimate - also picked up on a normal moving truck and then wanted to drop off on a semi truck - it charged us $800 more to have it on a small truck as we couldnt have a large semi deliver to our apartment in downtown ******. **************** was rude and not helpful and I didnt know until less than 24 hours before they were delivering, also called 6 times to change the time. AVOID NOT WORTH THE MONEY
