Used them to move 3 pieces of furniture, some filing cabinets and boxes from an independent living facility where they are a recommended mover. They charged us $1900 which included a extra fee for a long walk down a hallway even though we were charged per hour. They started at 10 am and had to stop at 11:30 because the facility does not allow movers between 11:00 and 1:00, the moving company should have known this since they are one of their preferred movers. Had them pick up a gun cabinet from the place we delivered the furniture and dropped off at another location. this was and extra ******. Then we were charged for their time to get to the facility and their travel back from the job. Their fuel charge was 10 percent of the bill, ******, ridiculous. Then we were charged 10% sales tax when our sales tax rate is ****%, and also charged a credit card fee when we paid cash. Called them the next day and they said they would issue us a refund for the credit card fee charge and the over charge of sales tax. Have not seen any refund a week later.
