            We hired **** brothers to move us into their storage unit and separate our items. Longer vs short term. They then moved the short term items into our townhome but majority of items were damaged or broken. We brought it to their attention and filed a claim. They then took money for both valuation insurance and deductible that was way inflated and provided no insurance. We were forced to move out of their facility bc it was not climate controlled as promised nor clean, it was filthy and our items were coated in black dust. The material tested was a combination of cellulose, skin cells, and mold fragments. Bed pieces are still missing. Now, we cannot seem to reach the moving company or insurance company. No adjuster has ever been in touch.

            Bell Brothers is the best moving company we have ever used. We have moved 11 times in the last 40 years. These guys have it down. They are: professional, courteous, detail oriented, punctual, and a pleasure to do business with. Mike, Carlos, Donavan, Caleb, and Seth worked two days with us and became part of the family. They were so careful and fast at the same time. Ryan in sales and Tori following up were a pleasure in making all the arrangements and making sure the the job was completed. The price, very fair and competitive. They are the best.
