This is the 3rd time we have used Arm Strong! Two moves local in TX and our recent move to *********** **. We were originally led to them by our realtor when purchasing our first home. This group of guys have been the absolute best! They protect your stuff and your HOME, very easy to work with and have exceeded our expectations once again. Thank you ***************************,**** for an awesome move. Dont think we will be moving again soon but we know who we would call if we do. Thank for all the hard work!

While shopping for quotes we were recently referred to Arm Strong Quality Movers from another local moving company local to the area. The owner of that company spoke very highly of ******* and his crew and insisted I should reach out for my upcoming move since it was such long distance. From the very beginning I knew I was in good hands. These guys provided me with an honest and clear quote, gave me more information on the move process than I could imagine, and were available for all my sporadic questions. **** arrived on time on the morning of the move, wrapped and protected everything and loaded their truck extremely quickly and precise! **** and **** arrived at new home before we did but these guys went ahead and got started with outdoor furniture while we were to arrive. Guys made sure all furniture was properly placed in its correct spot, assembled all furniture and they even helped rearrange living room a couple different configurations to see what we liked best. If you're looking to move and not have a worry in mind, Call Arm Strong! Thanks again, ***************************

              01/02/2024

Arm Strong quality Movers, LLC ************ is far from satisfactory. They originally quoted us around $4500 for a 3BR house (about 45 boxes + average amount of furniture). They provided a large 45' truck which they generous.y included in the original bid.*************************** (owner) seemed professional, even though he bragged a lot about all the national & international moves he had done. The actual move itself went OK. It was the aftermath that's making me contact the BBB.We originally told them around 45 boxes, but we had almost 90 SMALL boxes. I was prepared to pay for that mistake. They also complained that we stuffed our furniture drawers too much, and showed us this huge $45 box that they dumped our dresser's clothes into. I thought I was told not to empty the furniture drawers. The rest of the load-up went smoothly.I flew to ******* to meet them the next day. They were at the new front door first thing in the morning. I asked about where they went overnight, & he said "Oh, we just camped out near here," even though the bid included $200 for overnight accommodations. When squaring up the final bill, ******* showed me all these modifications to his bid, which almost doubled the price! He included shipping materials for this ************** trips, along with odd terms like "additional rig space needed," which contradicted the "free" Larger Truck., plus calculating a 2-person load & a 3- person unload, when there were only two people the whole time. The main reason I'mm filing a complaint is with the number of valuable items we are missing after this move. I waited this long to file a complaint because I wanted to make sure things were actually missing. They range from mixing bowls/cutting boards (no biggie) to larger items, including an $1,100 DVR. My husband scoured our empty home back in *********** watched as ******* organized his truck as he was unloading.. It looked totally empty, but I never inspected it or the main cabin.Think twice, OK?

              Arm Strong Quality Movers Response

              01/30/2024

******, it is very troubling to find this negative review 9 months after your move here with Arm Strong Quality Movers.  We always appreciate the positive feedback and implement solutions for areas in which may need strengthening. Since the submission of this review, I have thoroughly reviewed all factual contracts, emails, texts, along with all timestamped (auditable) software entries regarding your move with us. I personally conducted a walkthrough at your residence on March 31st of 2023.  During the walkthrough I provided you an onsite quote immediately, answered all your questions, advised you on ways in which your move could increase and company procedure. I also offered free delivery of packing materials from supplier which would be sold to you at our cost as you had planned to handle packing. At your request and per company structure, materials were purchased through our corporate account at Eco Box with card on file and delivered to your residence free of charge (receipt collected). We delivered sufficient/NECCESARY packing materials for your move and itemized list was left at residence. If any unused packing material should be left after completion of packing; we were to collect on the day of move and customer was only to be billed for materials used for her move. On April 1st (the following day) you were provided with a quote via email and text for a 36' unit and a flat labor charge which included a 2-man team based on contents of home packed properly. Quote was sent successfully via software and email was tracked (Opened at 04/02/2023 @ 12:11 PM) We in fact did not "generously" provide you with our largest size rig for the second smallest unit as quoted from your review above.  After reviewing of quote, we received a reply to your estimate via software @ 12:13 stating ("Hi, *******, could you give me a more detailed estimate? I'm looking at your first estimate. I'm looking for: hourly rate for 3 men *************** costs Fuel surcharge(s)
Flat truck fee (for both a 36 & 34-ft.)" I responded to your email with a phone call explaining all charges previously included in quote as other companies quotes will defer greatly and some charges may be combined (example: company A may charge a line haul for the transportation and utilize a fuel surcharge within their tariff but charge for services such as disassembly/reassembly or pad/shrink wrapping of items vs Arm Stong who chooses to include all disassembly/reassembly/wrapping into included fixed hourly labor cost and fuel surcharge is directly built into the FLAT transportation cost of that respective unit size.) I also explained how overnight expense line was already itemed in your quote. **Please note** All of our charges are set charges as outlined by our governing agencies and our contract/tariff we utilize is most commonly used tariff and standard contract for household movers today. In addition to our call, I had also communicated this conversation in writing to you @ 2:19 via software "We have dedicated a 36 for your move. We do not have any fuel surcharges and all charges are based on different size fully equipped setups. That transportation charge for each rig includes all fuel, insurance, and any travel associated cost. All disassembly/reassembly is built into our hourly cost which should include materials like shrink wrap, tape, pads, tools, Dollies. Our current hourly rate is $180/hr. for a 3-man team however being move is such long distance however we will utilize a 2-man team. We have a standard $250 overnight fee that is applied to any multiple day shipment. If I havent covered something or If you should have any other questions regarding included services, please do not hesitate to ask." Later @ 2:37 pm we received a response via software from you stating "Hi, *******, Well, you've got us for good! It was a bit of a hard decision - you & the other company were both so professional. Let's INK in April ***** for moving day(s.) IF something comes up & I need to change anything, the dates will be pushed out to May. But I hope not!
So.... When/How do I pay you? 50% down & 50% upon completion?  Do you accept credit cards, or do you prefer Venmo?  ******************." At 2:54 we sent a reply stating "So awesome to hear! I know you will have nothing but a smooth transition on this move! Here at ASQM we choose to not take deposits for our moves. To get move published we would simply send booking confirmation through software. As long as all addresses look correct here we can get it scheduled now for those date. We accept all three forms of payment (cash, personal check, cc). We can offer up to $100 discount for cash, personal checks are total of bill and credit/debit transactions are subject to a 5% cc fee which is due upon delivery. I had reached out via text regarding the possibility of having us get packing materials delivered. Please let me know if that something you would be interested in. Thank you so much for your time and please do not hesitate to let me know if you have any questions. I will get this scheduled and confirmation sent to you now." Booking confirmation along was sent @ 3:13 pm and was tracked (Opened at 04/02/2023 @ 9:29 PM). You and I had a tremendous amount of text messages through the packing period prior to the move as I offered my direct number in event you had questions as for packing. Prior to box delivery you had requested some non standard size boxes and some lay down wardrobes in which we sent via delivery.  I provided direct tips for any hard to pack items as well as giving you general packing tips to help expedite and ensure proficiency during your packing process. The text I speak of were not here and there rather I received multiple text from 8am-8pm on some days as we deliberately prioritized the time out of our normal routine operation to extend the service offer of professional packing tips at your disposal. Along with free delivery of boxes, this was another way in which we accommodated services to you at no cost! In photos and text, I received, it was made clear that your intent was to utilize as little materials we provided for your move to save money (tape provided was not used, small boxes were utilized as opposed to larger ones to reduce cost of your packing materials. our team went above and beyond to provide you sufficient materials for your move. Had we known you wished to take the cheapest route possible on packing materials (used boxes and tape you had) and you were to not utilize the materials delivered, we would have respectfully requested you acquire packing materials through a provider of your choice. A few days prior to the move we had talked over phone and you had expressed your concern of it not fitting in truck that was provided however given packing was done sufficiently, rig dedicated for your move was sufficient for the contents of your home. As promised; Arm Strong once again extended the offer to utilize a 40' rig at NO ADDITIONAL COST TO YOU to reliquish your concerns of truck space. This is a discount of $2/mi@ approx. 575miles! In our route for shipments to follow your move we had a move in which necessitated the use of our largest unit 44'x10.5H (which happens to be the largest household goods unit outside of a semi - tractor trailer in the nation. To accommodate you, Arm Strong has equipped our fleet with larger trucks than normal operating carriers to avoid expensive multi-truck moving quotes. Upon walkthrough on move day, there were a lot of contents unpacked or insufficient to transport safely as is. Prior to signing of new estimate/BOL which were to include transportation charge difference from 40'-44' unit size however we still kept our offer our discount in transportation charge from 36-40.'  In order to still accommodate your move in time frame that had previously set forth, our team was left to move contents in mostly unpacked state as you did not wish to pay for us to complete proper packing which was a service that was offered to you during your initial walkthrough. We suggested that we were to start the load process of all contents in which were ready to load and that would give you some more time to attempt to solidify shipment into a proper state to be moved. Due to home not being packed and the delay due to non packing, we advised an additional man for load would be needed in order to still accommodate move in time frame originally scheduled as we were not contracted to pack or contracted to move a home unpacked. these changes were made prior to the move and you were aware of ALL charges and agreed to terms contractually prior to your move. Due to home unpacked, I discussed that you would be charged for any additional labor outside what was included in bill, as the home were not prepared even after the great lengths we went through to assist and guide the packing process. Throughout the day we realized the inability to complete sufficient packing before packed contents were loaded so throughout the day my team had assisted packing loose contents and utilized our provided material on site to ensure we did not find ourselves in a situation at end of day with a tremendous number of contents unboxed and not able to load leaving you with a MESS! As a professional provider in the industry we do not handle packing on an hourly basis however I chose to do so to accommodate and try to keep this move on track to the best of our abilities given that you had failed to complete your responsibility with the packing portion of your move. Although I did not charge for packing said boxes; materials utilized were in fact added to material cost you acquired from packing completed prior to move.   Which again, were sold to you at our cost.  During initial survey we discussed route plans and typical operation as for travel. We often utilize ************ as a good stopping point for ******* deliveries as only small portion of travel following morning is needed. Overnight truck expense was in fact added to your move as outlined in contract. As a service provider for 22 years with a very respectfully clean DOT/Driver Qualification file; we follow all DOT driving regulations, utilize (auditable) electronic logging devices, have a fleet of trucks equipped w/ sleeper cabs. We even utilize team driving systems to accommodate long-distance moves and productivity of our operations. Upon arrival, you had made a comment that you were surprised we made it further than ************ as I originally had assumed ************ as a reasonable stopping point however, we were able to legally drive into ******* that evening. When asked about lodging, one of our crew members had relayed that we stayed in *******. Your review here implies that we slept on the side of the road which in fact is a very misconstrued representation of our company and our operation. Ending the move, in proper procedure, our rig was completely emptied of contents and swept prior to servicing of next move. As mentioned by yourself in review, truck was completely emptied. As a provider we understand that things can sometimes get missed or covered up with a moving pad that was set to the side, so to avoid these occurrences we have a strict procedure to return trucks to their proper starting condition PRIOR to departure of delivery. 9 months following your move with us you have implied that we have perhaps stolen some kitchen utensils along with a dvr system. We follow all regulations as far as the claims process for our moves for any missing items/damaged items which is not a frequent occurrence for us. With the amount of open/consistent direct communication via software, text, emails I am tremendously surprised that you have failed to communicate any of these claims before 9 months had lapped since your move with us.  Had these claims been brought to us in a timely manner and within reasonable/acceptable timeframe of move (claims are to be made within 90 days of move) we would have found reasonable solution for claim. If you in fact believe our team has stolen your kitchenware and dvr I urge you to promptly contact local law enforcement as theft is a serious crime and our company is more than happy to cooperate with any law enforcement investigation to ensure any possible resolutions are made. Arm Strong Quality Movers has followed all policies during your move with us. We have also provided all necessary information to you in efforts to conduct a successful move. Our team went to great lengths to inform, advise, guide you through the move process, made necessary changes to effectively accommodate move.  We are unable to acquire the expense of packing (or lack thereof) that were not included prior to your move as you had wished to handle packing. Moving forward; Any carrier (ASQM in this case) can provide you with all necessary information needed however, if tools/ info/guidance are not utilized and customer responsibilities go unfulfilled additional services may be available to you at cost (given availability) This is why we cover all bases and set clear expectations with our customers. The adjustment was made for larger unit, packing materials utilized for your moved were added to your material list alongside what you personally packed, and you were charged for additional labor needed due to packing not complete. It is extremely necessary that you go back and review all documents that have been provided to you. A contract for services serves as protection for the customer and the carrier on any household move.  All charges were outlined contractually, however many of your claims in this review are in fact not true and form a very grossly misrepresentation of our services. If you or anyone reading this review have any further questions or issues, please do not hesitate to reach out directly at your convivence.

We called three different moving companys before we decided to go with Arm Strong Movers. The first one we called refused to come out and take an inventory of everything we moved he checked only on the internet which did not tell him what was behind all those closets doors. He came with $5000. Offer which we thought was ok. Until he finally said his final price of $7200 to $7800. Which we thought was really too high!!So we called another company and they gave me about the same price with an option of a large percentage if they had made an error in their bid which was very unsettling to us, why should we have to pay for their mistakes??So when we called *******, he came right out and gave us a quote which was lower than any of the others and seemed like a deal that we could live with so we hired him and his crew. I must have called him several days before move, we had a hiccup on the day we were supposed to move but he was able to accommodate us to the new date of move, they showed up with bigger truck than we expected but was not charged for bigger truck. He kept his word and had our house completely packed up 12:30pm. And delivered 212 miles away at about 6pm we thought was quite reasonable unloaded everything and set up beds and got his check which was still lower than than the first offer given by ****, the person who called and got very upset when I told him we had changed our mind about using his company so I finally hung up on him and when I refused to answer his phone calls he called my husband and started yelling at him, something most people know you dont do! So he said a few words and hung up the phone! So very happy that we chose Arm Strong Movers ******* and his crew were fantastic and very professional!! Plus he got another moving job with ******* daughter and husband moving to same area. They were quite impressed by ******* and his two crew men.

After speaking several times & explaining we had a 3 bedroom house, living room, ************* rm w/ multiple ********************** gun safe initial quote of $3200, $3900 if needed extra space. I explained it was a lot of stuff as my *********** had combined both of our households. Assured me he would bring largest truck & would be able to do. Never followed up on items in home. Arrived @ 7:55 am & told husband that he brought 4 men, rather than the 3 we agreed upon & the contract would change to only 4 hours of labor (was 6 hrs) & went from $165 to $250 for every hr after that. My husband had no choice but to agree. While there, my husband noticed his trailer was missing some parts & loaned him tools to work on it. That took approx. 45- 1 hr. to fix. Loaded ************ than half of the furniture and drove to new home left @ 12:15. Its a 4 hour drive. @ 5:49 pm he texted me that he was still 1 1/2 hr away because he had issues w/ the trailer tires. He arrived @ 7:20 unloaded everything & began to put our bed together last about 8:35. They lost the leg to the bed so couldnt complete it. Lost a foot on a side table, damaged a chair & some glass items broken in transit. Asked if I needed anything they were heading out to make the second load. Requested cost breakdown and he hit me w/ a $4815 bill & stated the following day would be the same! Charged me for the addition 2 1/2 hrs labor, when the time didnt match & didnt even take into account he spent 45 min working on his trailer! Stated I would not pay that again & he became extremely aggressive w/ me & cussing & yelling ! I was alone w/ my ******** husband was at the other home. I was shake. & have never been treated like this all because I questioned the bill!! After much yelling & cussing he finally left & I again stated & wrote on the contract for the following day I would not pay additional hr charges. He arrived at home & started out yelling & cussing at my husband! Threatening us & was asked to leave!

              Arm Strong Quality Movers Response

              01/26/2023

To whom it may concern,As a owner of a long distance relocation company for over two decades with a great reputation for our services in this industry, it is truly disheartening to see the level of dishonesty and manipulation we had experienced while providing services to the Canters on their move from ***** to **********. It is also very unsettling that this is the experience we entered with a customer in a very crucial position that directly oversees the future of our newer generations (superintendent). On Jan 9th, 2022 I personally had responded to an online quote request for services that was submitted by *****************. After a brief call and gathering of information provided by ***************** we had gone over different pricing options for her move. She felt most comfortable with a hourly estimate with a flat transportation charge and she was aware and willing of additional hourly cost if her move were to exceed the hours in which were already included in the move price. Acceptance of estimate was made @ 4:29 am on the 10th. (Quote ID#*****. I had also advised her that we could give her a more accurate estimate on labor hours given that she submitted an itemized inventory via software portal that is very user friendly and readily available to her at her convenience. We when first spoke she had provided the same info as she has above in this review that this is in response to, however, she left out some very crucial key factors of this move not only by phone but in her review as well. In our initial conversation we had discussed a home less than ****sf with a living area and separate den, appliances, garage and small storage behind the home, and a safe. We had quoted her weigh a 36 rig as she had also mentioned that her husband would furnish a 20 cargo trailer that would be used in addition to our rig. Upon building of estimate we were both comfortable with ability to handle move given we had our rig and a 20 trailer customer provided. We had quoted her on labor time sufficient for our rig and she had asked if we could assist in loading his trailer as well in which of course we accepted. She was aware that additional hours could incur during loading of customer provided trailer and she agreed on additional labor if needed. After original quote ***************** had voiced concern of fitment of contents of both rigs, I had offered to provide larger rig and only was to be charged in event it did not fit in 20 and 36 rig and she agreed to the additional transportation charge if needed. I also comped her overnight expense. On the morning of move I had received a call an hour prior to arrival from **************** as **************** would be on delivery end of the move. To our surprise, not conveyed prior to original estimate nor in the review above, **************** had relayed that he would like to load contents of a 40 SHIPPING CONTAINER which was stored on-site into customer provided 20 cargo trailer in which was supposed to be used to transport items from home to **********. This container alone was of greater size of our rig. He had informed us that connex company was to pick up container the day after move to transport it to another location and 20 trailer would be used to transport contents of connex and we would have to transport the remainder of what did not fit into trailer. At this time the dynamics of this move were starting to change to our suprise and of course moving estimate would not be sufficient. Upon walkthrough I had throughly discussed with **************** that Arm Strong would be more than happy to changes unknown to us up until this point in any way possible, however, these unknown factors have now changed this to a two rig move (Arm Strong provided) given there is a additional 40 connex worth of contents and 20 trailer was not being used to transport contents as we originally had discussed. Being we had them scheduled for a one day move we had agreed on a second move and laid out an identical quote as original for second move. **************** agreed. During discussion **************** mentioned submission of itemized list to **************** later to be determined in person that inventory was filled out out but was never reviewed or submitted. During load, **************** had made me aware that we had a missing service dust cap on our rig in which was in place during pre trip inspection mandated by DOT in which was performed that morning prior our departure for *****. Being a long distance relocation company we are equipped with almost ******************* to handle most minor mechanical issues our rig could experience as we travel such long distances. I had mentioned the wish to swap outer bearing after load, as it was subject to road debris and not sealed being dust cap was not in place just as a precaution as I had bearing and dust cap onboard. **************** had suggested to just go ahead and swap it out. Bearing replacement is a very quick easy fix as it only require removal of cap (already missing), removal of safety ****** ************************* of axle nut (1 min tops), pulling of bearing(1 min tops), reading of new bearing (2min), and reinstall. As I was completing this **************** had voluntarily walked up with an impact to remove lugs on wheel although was not needed an I appreciate his sign of concern and willingness to help. We also have an impact as well which was being used in the home for disassembly of furniture and I had a four way lug wrench available in reach in case lugs were to need to be loosened during replacement. Task took approximately 20 min tops in which I had offered to remove from the bill at the 4 man hourly rate vs 1 man hourly charge as I handled task alone that way remainder of crew could continue to load. Replacement was complete and we had finished loading rig. After load we had stopped locally to grab lunch and refuel prior to departure. During next refuel in ********* i had noticed a slight leak in valve stem from one of our truck tires which did delay us approximately 45 min-1hr. Leak was caused by a fault in connection of valve stem and tire pressure sensor which had not been revealed in recent tire rotation completed just days before their move. Nevertheless, regardless of malfunction we were to experience traffic through *********** during rush hours, however, delay in travel would not affect cost of move as transportation cost from origin to destination are fixed and not hourly based. Unload went well and took approximately 2 hours to unload entire contents of trailer. Towards the end of move we had realized that a leveling s**** to one end table was not intact nor inside the pad in which table was wrapped. I searched entirely of trailer and under couches in living room of new home to see if it could locate s**** I had at that time to offer to look at old home to see if it was there and in event it was not i would go to ********** to but a pack of them at no cost to shipper (come in 4 packs for less than $5) only to find it amongst the food, hair, trash and debris that was uncovered by furniture and/or removed from under couch cushions by my team as a sign of professionalism to ensure debris was not entering into new home. Said debris was swept into pile by **************** where adjustable s**** was located the following morning only to give us the notion that it was almost completely unthreaded/not intact before pad wrapping. Also ***************. had picked up foot of bed placing it in an unknown location as he was cleaning master bedroom and it was left behind at old residence. After discussion of final bill for move 1, **************** became extremely combative/defensive/argumentative as to cost of second move although I had the understanding that everyone was on the same page as to their second move being that it was discussed by **************** and myself and contract had been agreed upon and signed before initiating the move entirely that morning. Contract was presented and signed prior, being neither Mr. ** ***************** would be there on pickup of move 2. She had conveyed her wish to not go over any labor hours on prt two of move and I conveyed that i would not be comfortable to confirm there would be no additional hours as a lot of the remaining contents still needing to be packed which can become very time consuming. At this time, given the dishonesty/vagueness/conning measures we have experienced up to this point I had told her that I wasnt comfortable traveling back for part 2 and assisting with remainder of move if she was not willing to pay for additional services provided that could incur due to the lack of packing which was ultimately the Canters responsibility tor handle prior to the move. She said that she did not wish to pay same amount as first move and I told her thats i was not comfortable capping labor hours as I would be inclined to do given it was packed. Out of uneasiness, I added notes on second contract that she would be responsible for additional labor time and she signed but told me to try to do my best to get it done in allotted labor time. At NO time did I ever say any curse word to Mr. ** *****************. I agreed to collect payment for first move on following day as she had left checkbook at her office. During this discussion. She had mentioned that it only took 2 hours to unload and was asking about time to fix trailer and I had mentioned nice we would be handling both bills following day I would add time to following move to replace time I spent on trailer. Now in this review she is relaying that it only took 1hour to complete which is not true. She had also reiterated her submittal of contents list. I asked if she could pull it up on her end to see if there was a software issue on my end and to our in person discovery we both realized that she in fact filled it out but did not review or submit. Time stamp email shows at 9:32 she submitted it during our discussion however she had indicated we finished at 8:35. Another misrepresented occurrence in this move. The submission of contents was then realized to show approximately 50-60% of actual contents (1****lb) in which is a very accurate software used by many leading relocation companies given the shipper is diligently accurate/honest of contents. In this case her submission was not accurate and never would have been sufficient for determining additional labor hours even in the event she had submitted prior to move. At this time I had informed her that i was not going to be comfortable continuing her move unless we had a agreement on services. We had come to an understanding and we travelled back to ***** incurring transportation cost and an overnight expense for a team of 4. Again on second move I comped overnight expense as I did in first move.***** the apparent miscommunication between Mr. *** ***************** up to the point and order to make sure **************** was aware and everyone was on the same page, I went ahead and went over charges again with ****************. He now mentioned that he wished to see a guaranteed price and i explained to him that ************** would only be comfortable in doing so given it was packed. He then mentioned the wish to have us only transport packed contents in which was then comfortable estimating labor hours needed. The charges I outlined in contract out to give him set rate were identical to one previously signed before move and also by **************** the evening before. The only addition they were to see was additional labor hour which were needed ad agrees upon night previously, however I had told them i would not charge them for larger rig even if they ended up needed it (still willing to help cost). Once firm price was proposed and he relayed to his wife, she declined the move. So at this point they had both agreed causing us to travel back and incur a hotel charge only to disagree following morning. *************** had brought it up via phone that there was a damaged chair which was another claim she made against us that was untrue. At that exact moment I pulled up picture taken by myself, in the dining area were we stood, and showed him the picture of chair I took in that exact spot the day prior of damaged chair as I was wrapping it. She also accused us of not delivering her gun safe which was in fact at new residence which she soon determined was delivered. Yet another accusation At this time I was completely blown away by the dishonesty and lack of moral grounded that we have experienced from ****************. I had at this time asked for them to pay for their move the day prior. **************** had advised that I would have to pick up a check in ********** which is another 8 hours total travel time to ********** and back to our facility. Against our standard operating procedure I reluctantly allowed her to complete transaction via cash app/venmo to ensure payment as I at this time did not trust either one of them. Awaiting processing of payment, **************** was on the phone with another moving company to try to contract the remainder of move, and he himself was giving false information to the movers as to contents left in home stating I just have to get it done, My wife doesnt even have her fridge trying to express the urgency of this move although we had moved the fridge the day prior. We received payment and left. The levels of dishonesty, the attempt of ill gotten financial gain at the expense of our company, and the gross misrepresentation of our company as a whole and this move in general has revealed itself time after time in this interaction with the Canters. Moving forward- it is imperative for all of our potential customers to be upfront and honest regarding scope of work, and fully completing customers responsibilities prior to their move. Had **************** been upfront of connex, completed packing of contents, and been honest with us from the beginning this move in no form or fashion transpire the way it did. We work extremely hard to continue to be a top provider in long distance relocation at the utmost professional level and will continue to do so as we have for the past ************************************* concerns arise regarding this interaction, please feel free to call me directly @ ************** or email me @ ************************************** **************** (Owner/Operator) **************
