            I purchased a used deck boat 2 weeks ago and was told that when they delivered the boat that everything would be working as it should and the boat would be cleaned and detailed. The boat was filthy and wasnt even washed. They launched the boat because I didnt by a trailer and left. I didnt get out of the canal and the boat was taking on water faster than I could bilge it out so had to put it on my lift. They sent a guy out 2 days later and he discovered the bait well pump was bad as well as the fresh water pump. I also showed him the torn and rotting Bimini top that they said they cleaned that was in perfect condition. I was told by ****** that they would order the parts and be back out to take care of the problems the following week and was okay with that however the minute my check cleared their bank Ive been completely ignored and ghosted.. I called multiple times all week last week to ******, the mechanic and left messages with them for the service manager with no response. Ive already purchased a new seat bracket drivers side that broke on the first day. Service stops after the sale so buyers beware and they will promise you the moon to close the deal.

            Big D Marine and Powersports is not a business that should be in **********, nor any other town for that matter. I dropped off my Yamaha Bruin 350 for cranking issues (only cranks when fully choked). I explained to Big D that I put on a new air filter and spark plug. I received a call that Big D wanted to charge me $600 to include a new filter, spark plug, starter relay, battery and some part that needed to be ordered. I explained that it did not need that but that it could crank and I had already put on the filter and spark plug. That was the first sign something was about to go wrong.1 month later the part still has not come in. I called Big D and said that I am coming to pick up my 4-*******. They wanted to charge me $600. After my explanation, I talked them down to $250.I took my 4-******* to another location in ******. It was fixed in 2 days. The guy told me that the carburetor was gummed up. 4-wheeer is running like new. He also told me that the starter relay was refurbished and not new.
