The dred lock manager is ripping that hotel off blind he let customer come in without the full amount and then he go knocking on the door to collect he needs to be in vestigated he scamming the customers and the have a hollowing match it going to turn into a fight with someone this place is discussed I really give it a zero star get rid of that manager and it will do ok

They are infested with roaches and bed bugs. There's was blood on the wall. The halls reeked of weed. Went into the room and roaches scattered everywhere. Told the front desk and they offered us a room right next door. We refused and told them we want a refund that we weren't staying. They did not care that there was roaches. They didn't care about the blood or the bed bugs. When we first went in the room my dog ate something off the floor. I will be taking him to the vet and if it's anything dangerous they will be sued.

The room is extremely dirty, nasty, disgusting all of the above and completely not livable. I would not have stayed in the room for free if given the chance. The people above us are extremely noisy. This is not a family friendly place and not a place to have a romantic get away. The owner/manager should be ashamed of this business they run. This is by far the worst room I have ever stayed in. Limited house keeping means they do not supply toilet paper once you run out, you have to take the limited towels they give you and exchange them for more towels, you have to also take your sheets and exchange your sheets for clean sheets and make your own bed, you have to take your own garbage outside and throw away in dumpster. Whole building smells of cigarette smoke. I am extremely afraid to walk on the carpet barefoot always keep on shoes. Mold in rooms, fece stains in toilet which is extremely disgusting. Im pretty sure I forgot to add something. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!! I booked this room in advance and they would not give me money back so I was stuck because I was not about to purchase another room and waist more money. This is a warning and strongly encourage to not stay here.

Warn people to stay away this place is a scam made a reservation called to confirm and they would not honor my paid reservation even though I had proof. Now I'm not able to even speak to a manager to get a refund.
