I had reservations for a non smoking room, when I arrived I gave the confirmation number and was told there was no room and it had been cancelled. I was never contacted by the company prior to my arrival. The on site manager was very rude laughing telling me she the reservation was cancelled, and she only had a smoking room available and would have to charge me more than I had booked online. When I asked if the room was going to smell horrible she laughed again. As soon as I walked in the room the light wasn't working. I had to move the couch to plug in the lamp. When I moved the couch there was a pack of cigars and a make up brush under the couch. The couch was also ripped, there was trash behind the bedside table. I called the front to ask if they had any other rooms that were clean. I was told they were booked and to call in the morning to see about a refund. The rest of my stay was extremely unpleasant, there were also roaches in the room, along with loud partying, with occasional popping sounds, until checkout time. When I called the next morning to speak to the manager the same woman refused to let me speak to her manager. NEVER would stay here again.
