I'm beyond disappointed with Corpus Christi Memorials. After losing two family members a month and a half apart in 2021. My sisters and I purchased two headstones which were to include photos of our departed family members. We finally got the headstones a year and a half later, but the photos were missing. We have made several attempts in contacting these people but we get unanswered calls, no return calls, and when we have dropped in the office we have heard countless excuses. In 2023 the lady in the office asked that I call or text a new owner/ worker to get the photos, that was back in October 2023, then I tried again in January 2024. I still have not heard from anyone. My sisters and I are so fed-up & tired of having to go through this.Really I give NO STARS for this place - it was my only option to post this.

*********************, ************************* and ********************* are scammers. Do not give them your money. They scammed dozens of grieving families in Corpus Christi area. We need them investigated!! All of us have our proof, please put an end to this horrible business!

I could not agree with ******* R more! His story is the absolute truth on how we have been treated after ordering a headstone for my mother on 11/11/22. We paid $3200 for the headstone in full, which I truly regret. I've called many times and have never reached ******************* by phone. I dropped by on 4/24/23 and happened to catch her there. She finally came out to the showroom area and appeared to be nervous. She came up with a story saying our stone was in *************** and would be delivered to them in a week. She said they would engrave the stone and send a picture to my phone as soon as it was done. They would be able deliver the stone on 5/15/23 and we could be present if we'd like. She made me verify the information to be engraved once again and asked me to sign the form. We had not heard from them, so I stopped by on 5/25/23, but of course, *** was not in. The receptionist said the stone had not been delivered. She also told me that many people were calling and upset because she has also lied to them. I honestly don't see how she is still operating and paying employees or maybe they are not being paid. She is stealing from customers and definitely needs to be investigated,

Hello I am a former employee for corpus christi memorials.I am BEGGING YOU to please please investigate this company. First off the ****** reviews are TERRIBLE!!!!! I can vouch that all those reviews are so so true. This lady is all about taking these customers money. If the customer has paid in full she doesn't talk to them anymore.If a customer is still paying she plays so sweet with them. She hides whenever someone asks for a refund. Her buisness is going to dirt she doesn't even have money to buy the stones. She owes her vendor which is swanston arts in ***************************** is the owner there. She will rack up charges for services then not pay.Then she has an employee/ boyfriend who acts like he owns the company and is so rude to the customers. His name is *********************. She treats her employees like crazy under paid and overworked literally. I just feel for the customers because I would see how she would do them. They all threaten to call you she doesn't care. She has been reported to the bbb thousands of times. I just don't understand how she stays in buisness. Lying and scamming these people is not right she needs to be STOPPED. She talks all these grieving families out of their last dime just to spend their money elsewhere. Customers have been waiting up to 2 years on their stones. When they call for a status she would tell us to tell them 2 weeks 2 weeks came and nothing. I have so much I have seen working there it's just heartbreaking ??. In conclusion if you are not able to assist with this please point me in the right direction.

*** owner is not truthful. My nephew and I went to purchase the headstone for my brother Jan 17 it was ***** she stated she could do what we wanted as laser print pictures of my brother and it would take 3-4 months. We waited the 4 months and still nothing she has lied to me numerous times telling me we are working on it or giving me the run a round. she will not return calls and now her excuse is the pictures that were sent are not clear enough. I then told her we want our money back if she can not do what we want. As i sit here typing this she has me on hold and will not speak to me. She and this company is just adding to our grief .

This business is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!I have sent them almost $3,000 to have a gravestone placed on my Father's grave and now that they have my money, they refuse to call me or provide the gravestone that I purchased!DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
