This place is dishonorable, disappointing, and unreliable, I placed my order back in April 3rd of 2021 paid in full. ************ told me the day of purchase that I would have a rough draft drawn ** in 2wk and I would receive an email, so I can approve the rough draft. 2 wks pass and nothing, so I assumed they were busy so I let time pass, moving forward 3 mth later I give them a call in regards of my rough draft. They said they would call me soon that they are still working on it. again mths pass and nothing no call no email. so I call again by this time its August 2021 still no draft. Every time I called they made an excuse that **** was away, stuck in toilet, or helping a customer. never did they take the time to return a call. again time passes now its December and again I had to call them where is my draft. Finally in December I received the first draft. Hoping that finally my fathers tombstone will be finished, but no, its now April of 2022 and nothing no product nothing done. No calls no emails. Nothing. I ended up driving **** miles 17 hrs later to come to their office to face them face to face. Made every excuse they could, they had the nerve to say. We can make your stone now in 15 mins but couldn't even finish it for a whole yr. Then again they backpedaled said they couldn't make my stone, that it takes 5 hrs to make. This place openly takes your money, makes promises they cant uphold. This is unethical business practice. I hope and pray that everyone that has been affected by this company come forward. How dare this company take our money and make false hopes during ,the time of mourning for our loved ones
