              I want to leave a 5-Star review, I really do but I can't in good conscious leave only a raving review since for over 6 months I have been unable to get ************** to show up to do Warranty work.Everything was great, fast and professional and was told give it a week for any 'creaking pains' to settle and go from there but our Kitchen has gotten worse and worse since the day he left, and from what he's told me it sounds like he knows what to fix already but I can't get him to show up to do it.I get that the first month or so it was 100+ degrees outsides, I gave the benefit of the doubt since I wouldn't want anyone to do it either but since then its always 'yeah we will come out when we can' and that when we can gets longer and longer. If you offer a warranty then you need to uphold your end of the bargain for what was paid. If my records are correct, we did the work on May 26th, called him in June about it the first time, and then in July 10th, August 7th, September 25th and even again today (November 11th - Had to leave VM no answer this go around). Will gladly change to a 5-star if the problem ever gets fixed.

              Like to add now that I've gone and looked more at the 'paperwork' (aka receipt) we received states 6-month warranty on it, and I'm sure that's not gonna be valid anymore now that I've been run around for this long.

              I am very happy and amazed with the Releveling job ***** and crew did for me. Showed up on time, and 1 1/2 hours later they finished, I highly recommend them. I especially appreciate that they showed up on time and were very conscientious!
