              The clinic prescribed Semaglutide to me by mistake, after having my labs in their possession. They told my I was clear to take it and then after ******* it up, taking two injections they told me I was not clear. I want a refund and a personal letter of the potential damage to my health this action on their part my have caused. The ** that prescribed has not even returned my multiple calls to the clinic.

              I've been going to Vital Life wellness for over three years. Their customer service has recently been atrocious, and their disorganization is extremely unprofessional. They reschedule appointments on their own accord, appointments that require labs, and then cancel the labs. They want you to come in and pay another copay to get the same labs written up that they cancelled. When I finally decided to get another doctor, someone from their office called me with an attitude asking why and then hung up. Overall, the treatment was very below par, and they truly only want to push their "wellness check" so they can charge insurance companies insane amounts of money. I would recommend the workers get an attitude adjustment- especially when you are in fact working a customer service-based job.
