    I reached out about a wheelchair purchase and explained I needed one quickly. I spoke to ***** ******** and advised they had wheelchairs at ******** for $200. She explained my insurance pays for everything so I sent the requested documents for her to process the claim. I had a friend pick the chair up on 4/23/2021 a little before closing hours. The gentleman at the location showed him how to operate the chair and handed him a packet of papers. I noticed I was billed on January for the same wheelchair that was supposed to be covered by insurance. I reached out and ******* is now saying this was a rental chair. This is very misleading because I was never told this was a rental chair or the terms or their rental contract. I'm finding out it's a 13 month contract and I will have to pay until it's paid off. The same chair is $200 why would I agree to overpay for a chair if I was made aware? I want then to pick this chair up and end this misleading contract.

    They are in the wrong business they have no compassion for the clients they get angry they talk to you any kind of way there's no way to reach anyone in charge and you're stuck with these people who are putting you in a device that could change your life as well as damage your life I am really not all that secure in getting my electric wheelchair from them but all the problems that I had to go through to get it I don't want to have to start over they make a lot of excuses for each other and make it difficult for you to complain about the way they treat people if you just look at their reviews that should be a snapshot of what's going on there for years hopefully someone looks at this and does something about this company because they have lost sight of what their job is I pray that no one has to deal with this company anymore they should be put out of business because they don't even care even after the negative reviews they continue in their deceitful and ugly practices

    I responded to this on ****** reviews as well.  When customers want to use their insurance, we are required to follow the entity that is paying for the equipment processes.  These are not Scooters and More requirements but insurance and we get as frustrated as anyone.  However, you cannot call us and make demands that the insurance company will not support.  .
