      Safety on roughneck 9mm is so hard to engage why. I put a little oil to help but it is still so hard to push the safety button to engage. What do you ou recommend ..

      Hi ******, sorry you are having trouble with the safety.

      Call customer service at ************ and let them know what the problem is and we will see what needs to be done to get it fixed for you. 

      Sometimes there may be a small **** in the safety hole that could make it a bit harder to move back and forth.

      You can try popping it back and forth to see if that will loosen it up some.

      Also check to make sure the safety set s**** in the breech area is not screwed in too much to where it is making contact with the safety. The s**** should be flush with the breech surface. This s**** is also the Child Safety lock s**** which when tightened down locks the safety in place so it can't be moved.

      It these don't work, let us know and we will get it fixed for you.

      I have had no problems with Bond Arms products !! The company is full of good people and they take care of their customers - ********************* is a stand up guy and will not put his name on anything that isn't the Best . Every business has some issue at times but you can rest assured that Bond Arms stands behind their products and appreciates their customers and wants their satisfaction.

      Horrible customer service. There is a safety issue with my derringer 45 long that i purchased from Bond Arms **** and I have called several times to correct it. Finally, the manager calls me and tells me that I am harassing his employee and to get off of his camel. He then told me that we live in America the land of the free, repeating it several times. I have lived in America for 50 years, and it was very offensive to be spoken to like that. On top of all of this, I still have a safety issue with my gun. It is very unprofessional to speak to a customer like this especially when this customer is simply trying to correct a safety issue with a firearm.

      ****************,I totally agree with you that this was horrible customer service.We reviewed all the communications on this matter and yes, the manager did not handle this situation in a professional manner at all and I greatly apologize for his behavior.We just had a meeting with this manager and reprimanded him for his actions and used this as a training moment for all of our customer service on what not to do.I'm not going to offer any excuses on our part, this interaction should have never happened and this is not the way we treat customers here at Bond Arms.We have always prided ourselves as trying to take care of the customer how we would like to be treated and this did not happen in your case and again, I greatly apologize to you.If you would like to sell us your handgun we will be more than happy to buy it back from you.If you would like to keep it, then we will make arrangements for you to send it back to us for repairs.If you would like a holster, we'd be more than happy to send the holster of your choice back with the gun once it is repaired.This manager would like to personally apologize to you for his actions and coordinate either buying your gun back from you or to arrange for the gun to come in for repairs.If you would prefer not to talk to the manager, please call our customer service at ************ and they will be more than happy to get you taken care of as quickly as possible.Again, I offer my sincere apology to you and that we have corrected this behavior in our customer service so this won't ever happen again.Sincerely,*********************

      I was sincerely impressed with the apology I received from Bond Arms, Inc which speaks volumes to the professionalism and concern of the owner of the company. They are going to repair the issue with my firearm and are also giving me a holster as a gift to make up for the poor customer service. ****, the man that was so rude also apologized to me on the phone and i feel much better about this incident and will do business with Bond Arms, Inc again. They have done a good job making amends. *****

      I haven't had any issues but I have had a few questions as far how to operate these compared to other ones. Every time I've messages them they have replied within an hour and from the group I'm in they're very good about fixing any issues.I saw another review that said their firing pin malfunctioned and bonds replaced the pin and barrel.I don't see me having any issues due to the craftsmanship but am confident it will be fixed if I do
