      We paid 1k to have ****** our freezer. It has never worked right since. All of his contact numbers are disconnected. He assured us that the replacement part would fix the problem. It didnt.

      I paid up front for a service visit for my washing machine. You can't even schedule an appointment until you make a $90.00 payment to them. This should have been a huge red flag. I made the appointment and got a hold of a technician who came out the next day. He was two hours late to the appointment, claiming to have "tire problems." Then we went to the wrong address, and then he appeared on my driveway, claiming to have knocked, which I never heard (our house is small. It is known when someone knocks on the door). He told me the issue and said he could have a replacement part delivered the next day. He told me he could install it the very next day. I told him my availability and he said he would call me. He never called. It was a Friday, so we left it for the weekend. I called three times Monday. I've left 2 voicemails. I called and sent a text Tuesday and have never heard a response. I cannot get a hold of anyone at the company to talk to them. Phone goes to voicemail. No one is responsive. Totally unprofessional.

      We hired this company to repair our refrigerator. AJ came the same evening we made the call,9/23 2021. He removed a faulty ************* and gave us a timeline of 7 to 10 days for the board to be rebuilt and installed. Also insisting that it be paid in full, which we did. Given that shipping time were running a little behind, we waited an additional week before reaching out to them to find out what the status of the repair was. Phone calls, voice messages, text messages, emails and messages left on their ******** page all went unanswered. Since we knew exactly where the business manager lived, we finally just had to go there and knock on the door. We were getting explanations and excuses that just made no sense. She finally texted us 10/27/2021 to tell us AJ had the part and could come that night to install it. He showed up around 9:30 pm and came in with a very nasty attitude demanding to know why I was researching him and what info I had found out. When he didn't like my answers, he took the ************** shouted out some expletive's, very nasty, and walked out the door, with the control board in his hand. My husband threw on some shoes and followed him out to prevent him from leaving. After a brief conversation between them, AJ came back in and installed the board. I asked for a copy of the invoice/work order along with the warranty and was told to text my email address to the office manager, which I did, and she would email it to me. Still have nothing from them showing what work was done. I would strongly suggest doing your research before hiring this company to come into your home. There are no negative stars to choose, or that is what I would have chosen.

      Our dryer quit heating and on April 2nd Aggieland appliance came out and fixed it. We were told there was a one year warranty on parts and labor. On May 2nd the dryer had the exact problem. Called on scheduled an appointment for the 4th. No one showed or called. On the 5th I called and left a message. They returned my call and said they had to order parts and would be out on the 6th. They did not show up or call. On the 7th called again and got a text back with screenshot that the parts had been ordered and scheduled to be delivered that that afternoon. On the 11th I texted and asked if the parts were in and when I could expect them out. No response. I called on the 12th and left a voice mail asking when to expect them . No response. I called again this morning (the 14th) and again no response. They DO NOT stand behind their work.
