I have a box at this store. 1st just let me say the 1st time I had a box back in 2017 for about 2 years, the manager and staff never lost a package and I had no problems picking up or receiving packages. Fast forward to getting a box a year ago and now on my second year. The mistakes that have happened so far with this location. I mailed boxes to myself from ********, ** with my name and address on each box. This store sent them back to the *** store in ********, ** and said no one with that name has a box here? Second mistake with this store, I had my atm bank card sent here, the store notified me that my package had been delivered. I go to pick it up, only to notice that the package has been opened and taped back up. I ask the employee why had this package been open and taped up again. The employee said because it was given to the wrong person and the person returned it and told the store that the package was put in the wrong box #. Now I have to call my bank and cancel that card and order a new atm card, because of this stores 2nd mistake. The 3rd mistake this store has made . I ordered a shirt from Amazon, you know the one were you try-on for 7 days and then in 7 days either you return it or they charge your card. The story contacted me, that my package was delivered, and to come pick it up. I go pick it up and no one in the store can find the package. I cant say for sure , but on the day I came into the store, there was a guy ahead of me that picked up 2 packages and did not sign for either, he was just handed the 2 and left, then when I ask for my package-30 minutes later and no one can find the package. I ask the employee if he gave my package to the guy who was a head of me -he said no. It is now one week later and the Amazon package has not shown up. I have received one follow up call from the store. The other 2 times I have had to call and reach out to the store to find out what the progress of this 3rd mistake this store has made.
