Yesterday (12/02/2023) I went to this *** Store for what should have been a 2-minute errand. I needed to pick up a package which my mother ordered for me from a 3rd ***************) that was delivered to this location. The power-tripping store manager, ******, refused to turn over my package to me, even after I identified myself and provided the details of my family's order, including the tracking number. My mother, who placed the order for me to pick up, called while I was in the store and offered several forms of her own identification, but this manager refused to accept any of this and inexplicably would not release the package. Not only was this a huge inconvenience that cost me at least 2 days (which will be an even bigger inconvenience if the holding period ends and they send back my order before then) - I'm also outraged at this pathetic employee insulting myself and my family members and accusing us of fraud. This isn't a charity service, we paid good money for this package that this individual unilaterally decided to withhold for absolutely no good reason. If anything, THAT is fraud. On top of all this, she was just thoroughly incompetent and rude during my entire interaction with her. I demand an apology from this business and I want everyone who will listen to know what an absolutely terrible experience it was to be a patron of theirs. *** has lost my future business thanks to this one employee, and if they have a basic understanding of how customer service should be carried out (or any desire for future customers), they should be tripping over themselves to fire this embarrassment of a manager.
