              I called and wanted the pricing up front and they would only tell me that it was $25 trip charge and $35 and up. After they got here he wanted a $175 for the job PLUS $45 for tools and Labor PLUS the $25 trip charge, $265 then he wanted tax and a credit card processing fee of $20, the total was over $287. Also, he didn't make a precise hole when drilling out my door and damaged the door. When you ****** this business they show professional vans with their logo and look legitimate BUT when they show up it is a guy in a personal car with a homemade sign on the side and nothing as advertised. I would avoid using this business at all costs.

              Gave an arrival time of 25 minutes, and took well over an hour to arrive. Gave a quote of $25 arrival fee, and then $45 to unlock. When the guy finally arrived he quoted us $175. When we told him we weren't paying that amount, he tried to negotiate down to $125. If he can negotiate down to $125, then why not quote that price. Biggest scam I've heard in a long time. Shame on them for taking advantage of people in a time of need. One star is one too many!

              For approximately 5 min to unlock my car ..it cost me ******. This is robbery,a scammers business. Totally not a place to call for help. Called pop a lock got a better price quote. This expense was Totally unexpected. A ****** learned in my part....never again I will spread the word.
